5 ⭐ for THE cleanest coolest gas station bathroom on the planet. Complete with wall murals, diamond plate lower wall covering, a wood-like floor, and a pleasant message to those who use it, and a
vacant🟢/🟥 occupied indicator on the outside of the door.
For a public exterior unkeyed bathroom, I'm impressed.
Thanks for taking pride in a simple thing like the facilities. It ays a lot about who's running the establishment and while we didn't have work done on our vehicles, makes me think they'll take care in that department as well.

Gas worked as expected

I had a few repairs done to my 2011 Cadillac SRX at Colonial about a year ago, including an alternator that required a great deal of labor to replace.
Fast forward a year later and the alternator stopped working. I called Anthony and he said bring it in right away so he could check it out.
He replaced the alternator the next day. When I went to pick the vehicle up I was told my bill was zero cost. No parts cost...no labor cost as well, which I fully expected...Zero.
I don't know if he was able to get the part under warranty or not. But I suspect he ate 3 to 4 hours of labor.
It has been a long time since I've experienced this kind of service, honesty and integrity. I will never go anywhere else for my car service. 5 stars is not enough! Highly recommended.

I suspected a tire issue on the drive to work today and called the auto shop to have it checked out. Anthony was kind enough to do a quick inspection and then offered to do a quick drive around with me in the passenger seat. Luckily for me nothing showed up during the assessment, but I was very impressed by not only the level of professionalism by also the common courtesies extended to me by the team, especially Anthony. Would highly recommend!

Worker never greated me, scrolled through phone the entire time. Gave me a dirty look when I asked if I could purchase gas. Only reason I asked is because I couldn't tell if he was working or not....in his phone like I said the entire time.
