This is my go-to towing service. Luke was incredible! My front axel gave out in an intersection and he was there within 30 minutes and got my car hooked up in no time. So grateful for this company and their response time.

My car repeatedly wouldn’t start and the battery was fine so I called Brewer’s for a tow. They came within 30 minutes. But the best part of my experience today was that I didn’t need a tow! Michael recognized I had a starter issue… and tricked the ignition into starting by repeatedly turning the ignition. I then drove the car to the mechanic, with no call or tow fee. Thanks for the honest and generous assist, Brewer’s!

I called for service for this company my truck died in the worst possible spot on Carpenter Road and Ellsworth the dispatch lady was professional kind and patient with me she told me the driver would be out there in 15 minutes and he was.
This tow truck driver was probably the best tow truck driver I've ever had to deal with I was stressed out it was hot and his professionalism was amazing his calm cool Collective made the situation so much better. He was cheerful just made this situation a lot easier to deal.
It was truck 68 and Driver LR.
This man is a shining example of what customer service should be and you should be proud to have him as an employee.

Completely unprofessional practices. These people don't work with or for you. Utter waste of time, money-grab concept. They tow for completely invalid reasons just to make a buck.

Watch out! Stay away from them. They are looking for cars in the neighbourhood to tow! I was visiting my friends in his apartment, and they towed my car within 30min during midnight!
They have someone who actively looking for cars to tow and take pictures.

We have permits and they forced us to pay 360 dollars! They have someone who is actively looking for cars to tow and take pictures in the neighbourhoods nearby!
