Thank you for your understanding the needs of my health problem and the great plan of care after the thoughtful listening and physical assessment when I visited you yesterday for the yearly physical. I am so grateful for your warm, compassionate and the quality care you provided to me.

This is whole strip of medical buildings is great. I've been a patient for a few years, and was thrilled to see they had building 10 doing labs on Saturdays til noon. (I have a surgery Tuesday and they said I needed labs done on Saturday. I had no idea they did it!) They're super nice and even with a dozen people ahead of me, I was in and out in under half an hour.

they have lots of nurses willing to talk very nicely to you, and this makes it seem like they are listening to their patients, but they have absolutely no intent to give most of their patients any care other than physicals, blood draws, and vaccinations. many other reviews complain about being offered the chance for in depth care, for any kind of mental health treatment, for specialist appointments or just in general being given the impression that they would be able to talk to their doctor and have issues addressed, whereas at the end of many months or years of postponed appointments they find that the most common phrase they hear is "well, what do you want me to do?". even if it's affordable, this type of clinic is why people don't trust doctors. what is the point of wasting so much of your patient's time and energy by pretending to care about problems that you are consciously ignoring, lying to them every appointment when they could be seeking health care from a practice that actually wants to help them? i'd give zero stars if it would let me, and not because im angry at them for being busy during the pandemic, but because they are still throttling their care in such a way when that time and energy could be spent helping people in need.

Very nice facility, though spread out across a few buildings. Caring and pleasant staff. Easy access off I94.Plenty of parking around each building

Best M location! The staff care for patients and always take the needed time to understand concerns, explain care, or whatever is needed. I have been going to this office for 20+ years wouldn’t change it. The individualized care provided at this facility is what every “family” doctor’s office should strive to provide.

While it takes some time to establish care, Dr. Susan Kamper is worth the wait. It is evident she cares for her patients by taking the time to understand their concerns. From a patient perspective, I've rarely had this type of individualized care and truly appreciate Dr. Kamper's efforts.

The lab didn’t follow doctor’s order and use my blood for the unnecessary tests after my surgery. I get bruises easily from blood drawn but now I need to give more blood. Can someone tell me how that mistake happens?

I have been a patient at BMG for over 20 years. I have been extremely pleased with the doctors and staff, especially my physician, Dr. Kamper, who is extremely thorough as well as caring and kind.

The wait time to get some one on line when calling for an appointment or speaking to a RN is about 15 to 20 mins as an average. The desk staff / frontline are not at all courteous or empathetic of a patients conditions.

We are looking for a primary care doctor, so we went with Brandon Moretti at Briarwood Medical Group because they had immediate availability. My son has complex health issues and was just released from the hospital days before from a car accident and is recovering from a collapsed lung. He complained about pain in his chest and this doctor marginalized my son's concern, even after consulting with a colleague. They said it was 'probably just bruising'. We went to ER within a couple of hours after that and my son was immediately admitted for pnuemothorax and potential lung recollapse. He was in serious respiratory distress. Dr. Moretti MISSED AN IMMINENT LIFE THREATENING ISSUE and sent my son home when he need to go directly to the Emergency Room. Now I see why they have immediate openings available. Do not choose primary care at this office. I am shocked at how careless they are. My son felt very disrespected.

Doctors and nurse staff have always been respectful, friendly and thorough. Dr Brophy reviews patient history each visit and develops appropriate care. He and his staff are very good with patient follow-up and concerns by phone, email or portal. My only complaint with this facility (and other facilities) is with front desk staff. I always feel like a number or a click of a mouse to desk staff. Rarely welcomed when checking in.

Sadly, I cannot rate this practice zero stars. After waiting three months for the first available new patient visit with a doctor here, I finally saw one.I am now on the lookout for another new primary care physician. The one I visited at Briarwood was beyond unprofessional.I won't go into detail here, it's all going in my formal written complaint. If this is supposed to be the best medical care a person can find in Ann Arbor, then God help us.

I have been going to Briarwood Medical Group for over 13 years. My pcp could not be anymore kind and compassionate. I have seen a number of the other medical professionals and the one issue I did have a few months ago (not with my pcp), I asked to see the office manager privately and she was gracious and had a notebook to take notes. Sometimes, my waits are longer than I expected (and has gotten MUCH better the past few years), but, I try to remember, my physician makes me feel like I'm the only one on the schedule and gives me 100% of time and attention. The only other thing I would note is it is harder to see your own doctor 90% of the time because they do get booked quickly.
