**Update: After 2 years, they responded to me saying that I lied about my experience. They admitted to me 2 years ago that they put "air dry only" items through a dryer so they could return them in less than 24 hours, and now they're saying they didn't do that. Other reviews corroborate this. If anything, note that it took them 2 years to respond to this review and complain about me in the response. They are not a professional company. Have them wash your stuff if you have only cotton t-shirts.TL;DR - paid for 8 services, used them twice, clothing came back warped, shrunken, and stained. They did not follow washing/drying instructions. They have not refunded anything.A friend of mine purchased this service for me while I was in grad school, based on the reviews that she read. I needed a lot of clothing washed, and I followed the instructions on their website. I separated everything into bags and provided detailed directions for how things needed to be washed. Very few of my things can go in the dryer. When I got back my first load from them, some of my shirts had shrunk, but I shrugged it off as grad school weight gain. When I got my second load back from them, one of my cashmere sweaters had lost about 2 inches off the sleeves and no longer went past my waist line. Some of my peasant shirts (which should not be dried with heat) became warped at the seams. One pair of pants came back stained. Two shirts had elastic bands across the midsection, and they lost their elasticity completely after being washed by this company. Another shirt had warped sleeves (somehow, half of the sleeve shrunk and the other half didn't).I called them and emailed them multiple times, as did the friend who purchased the service for me. They never contacted her back, and they only contacted me back when I left an angry rant on their voicemail. They told me that they followed my instructions directly, and that they take extra care with women's clothes because women are pickier. After talking to them further, they admitted that they heat dried some of the items because without doing that, they wouldn't have made a 24-hour turn around, despite being specifically told to not do that. They offered to stretch out my cashmere sweater, but made no offer for any of my other clothes and offered no refund.I'm writing this review now because this was over 6 months ago, and even though my friend paid for 8 weeks of service, they have not yet refunded her money. I used them twice, and my clothing got ruined during those two washes. They haven't even refunded her for the 6 unused weeks.

I recently got out of the hospital and had a mountain of laundry. I called this company and they are just lifesavers they did 4 huge bags of laundry in less than 24 hours and they cost was more than reasonable. They very responsive, polite and professional. Use them!!!!!!Service: Delivery

amazing!!!! I've been a customer for two years, and can say hes the best in Ann Arbor. I have a bunch of friends who use competitors, and I always tell them they have to switch. He's flexible and can work around your schedule. Also the nicest guy ever.

Campus Laundry on Wheels has been a lifesaver for the past 18 months while our family of 4 has lived in an apartment with no washer/dryer.Keys Points: 1) Service consistently exceeds expectations, 2) Price is fantastic (try to find another laundry service that will wash and fold, let alone pick-up and deliver, for even twice the price), and 3) Service consistently exceeds expectation. Yes, I know I repeated that third one, but it's true and can't be overstated. It is so rare to find a business that meets, let alone exceeds expectations. Yet Adam managed to do so consistently for 1.5 years!My wife or I would have easily spent our Saturday or Sunday at the laundromat had it not been for Campus Laundry on Wheels. Instead, every Thursday at 8pm, we'd leave our dirty laundry outside the door, and ~24 hours later (usually sooner) a bag of neatly folded, sorted, and wrapped laundry appeared back outside our door. We have a service at work that will wash and fold your dirty laundry, but you have to drop it off, pick it up, and it costs ~2.5X more per pound.My sincere recommendation is don't even think of wasting time at a laundromat if you're in a situation without washer and dryer. Text Campus Laundry on Wheels, and Adam will take care of you. If you have a concern, let him know and he will make it right. I can't recommend Campus Laundry on Wheels highly enough.

Great company.I have a Spa biz and use them weekly. They have great turnaround (never late), and do a really good job. Moreover, they have very reasonable rates.So anyone looking to lighten their laundry load in a convenient, and affordable way, look to Campus Laundry. Highly recommend.

So easy to work with. Prices are beyond reasonable. Next day delivery of laundry makes the lives of all students so much easier. Incredibly trustworthy, I have used Campus Laundry on Wheels for two years and have never had one problem. If you are looking for a laundry service, I would absolutely choose Campus Laundry on Wheels.

Have been consistently using this service for 3 years now, and I have been provided nothing less than amazing services throughout all 3 years. The customer service is fantastic, and they do a great job with all laundry (whether its normal clothing or clothes with "special laundry instructions"). Certainly recommend using this service to anyone looking to get their laundry done.

After my first use, my jacket came back broken. I expressed my concern to the laundry service and they did not give me any type of compensation. Their reasoning was that they are a small business and can't afford to not charge me full price or give me another type of deal. If you are a small business, shouldn't you provide compensation when a customer isn't satisfied? I would have gladly continued using this service if they were a little more understanding. After I explained how their response was slightly ridiculous, they offered to fix my jacket. At that point, I did not trust it would come back fixed and they probably would have upcharged me.**Update: they texted me to complain about my review. Very unprofessional. (And my review was very respectful) And just read the other responses to reviews to get an idea of the professionalism of this place.

I scheduled a 4pm pickup. When 4:30 rolled around I texted them, wondering when they were going to show up. I planned my day around this, as I don’t want to leave my laundry outside for someone to take. They said they had 100 orders to pick up and wouldn’t be there for a few hours. Why even schedule a pick up time if it means nothing.*edit: I DID give a hour window (TWICE) in which I was available and they told me they wouldn’t be able to come until late at night. And it is not my own roommates I do not trust, it is the multitude of random people constantly walking through my apartment building.Easier to just do your own laundry. ?

Super Helpful, and always very flexible if you run into a conflict when dropping of your laundry. The clothes always come back folded and in great condition. Works perfectly for people with a busy schedule that don't always have time to get all their laundry done. They come to where you live and even your apartment on the 11th floor. I have recommended it to everyone one of my friends on campus and am going to continue using the service for the rest of my college career.

If you do not use this service, YOU NEED IT IN YOUR LIFE! Campus Laundry On Wheels is the best laundry service I have ever used. Hands down Adam and his team are the best in town! I had a big order 372 lbs of dirty laundry. When Adam told me he could have it washed, folded and delivered in twenty four hours, I had my doubts. Sure as the sun rises, Adam showed up on time with all 372 lbs of laundry, washed folded and smelling fresh. As an educated consumer I shopped around first, NO ONE could beat Adam's prices, delivery timeframe, or his customer service. Campus Laundry On Wheels has made a life long customer out of me.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had. If anything, make sure you call the phone number before you give any money so you can know what level of conversation and professionalism to expect! There are lots of places for laundry delivery in Ann Arbor and their only selling point is 24 hour turnaround, except they will not do this when it is "busy" or there is a holiday, which happens pretty much every month. Expect tons of texts and phone calls when they get confused about when to pick things up, even after confirming with you, or no answer at all when they've failed to deliver. They left my laundry outside all night when they got confused and then blamed me for "not confirming". When there is a problem or they haven't fulfilled their obligations, they will argue with you and keep your money. This is why they only accept cash, check, or paypal. Other places in town take credit cards like a real business with some sort of accountability, so I would go with them.
