“We love this Fjällräven store! The staff at the Ann Arbor location are always helpful and pleasant. Today I stopped by to pick up accessories for a new kanken backpack I’d bought on a third party site - the sales associate spotted that it was a FAKE and helped me report it and replace it with a real kanken bag. She also went above and beyond searching through inventory to find me the colors of accessories that I wanted. We stop by every few months and are very glad to have this local store, and grateful for the kind employees who work there.”
“Every shirt print you can ever whish for. As matter of fact got overwhelmed from the abundance of choice. The shop can use a better, more efficient system in displaying all the different prints they have.”
“I wanted to shop local and bought my suit here off the rack for my wedding. Working with Bill was an excellent experience! He was very knowledgeable and provided helpful guidance not only with the suit, but with the shirt and tie stylings as well. I felt very comfortable knowing I was purchasing a high quality product that would be a great investment. The alterations were very quick (it took about a week), and the suit fit perfectly. “Yesterday 11/4/24 I was in trying to find new dress pants for a job I am starting today. Will, your employee is absolutely amazing, not only did he reassure me that we would find something and to not stress, he did it in such a kind way. He asked if I needed help any time we met eye contact and the whole time while helping me he was organizing, folding, and fixing up the store. He is simply amazing and I’m truly appreciative of his service. We actually were able to find TWO pairs of pants. Thanks will!

“Employees are very kind. I forgot a bag in there, called it red, look around for a few minutes, and gave up. as I was leaving, an employee found my bag and returned it to me. the bag was gray, not red :0

Sales and discounts also don't always sync up been online and in store.This location is clean and usually pretty neatly organized. Easy to see items on display.”

“I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Brittany and Emma helped me the whole way through - giving me styling advice, guidance on sizing /fit, and generally supported. I typically hate everything about the try on process - the hot lights, the line waiting, the guilt for creating more work for the employees, and of course, the body shame. Emma and Brittany never made me feel guilty for taking up a fitting room (for two hours) or for the multiple pairs of jeans that didn’t work out. I loved my experience and hope they know how much of a difference they made.”

“My company went through Ann Arbor T-Shirt Company to create a custom "online storefront" where employees could use their e-certificate credit to order logo embroidered items such as shirts, sweaters, vests, hats, etc. This entire experience has been such a breeze, and the quality of the items is great. Organizing the store was fun, and Kat George has been responsive, helpful, and professional. Would highly recommend, and will continue to use them for swag in the future!”
