NO STARS!! We have had Comcast for years, even before they were comcast when they were Roadrunner. Over the years, we've watched our bill continue to rise. Every month we see new charges and fees. Even when we get on a promotional deal, we still see a constant rise in our bill. This month it went up $30.00 with extra fees. That's just outrageous! We had no extra services. We didn't add anything. We called and got a woman who was overseas. We had a very difficult time understanding her and her understanding us. It finely got to the point where we understood they could not help us and remove these useless fees. We decided to end our cable at the end of our billing cycle. They turned off our cable in the middle of our conversation and have not turned it back on. Shame on them for the treatment of long-term customers. So much for customer loyalty. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

I have been a customer for years, not much longer. Xfinity customer service was terrible. They tell you one thing and then argue with you when you ask questions. I just spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone who did little more than argue with me over the price I am paying for internet/tv, which is falsely advertised. I was told "Your base rate is only $100." However, my monthly bill is $143 and some change, which I questioned. The Xfinity rep continued to interrupt me and argue with me. I will disconnect this service ASAP and file a complaint with the BBB for false advertising.

Terrible customer service. I've never been able to get the price I was promised in the beginning. The employees and managers aren't even able to fix it when I show the emails I was sent with the exact details (first it was $20/month which they then charged $35, now the contract expired and they added television without asking so its $50/month and I re-signed up for a $30/month service but they are going to charge me the full price for this month and who knows what I'll be charged the next months as it says I'm on a $40/month plan despite having a confirmation email that says $30/month).

If I could give a LOWER score I would, this is a monopoly that they have our business only because there is not another choice for cable. I cannot wait until everything becomes live streaming and COMCAST HAS TO FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY. They have the WORST PRODUCT offered and WORST CUSTOMER service imaginable....counting the days when they are OUT OF BUSINESS.....will be a happy day for thousands of people....

ZERO STARS, 0 is what I give for this ridiculous place. Service is horrid and they charge so much it takes a weeks pay just to use Internet. Not even cable or home phone service, just internet. I had over 12 calls into customer service in 1 week and the employees they send for home service are rude. Do not ever use Comcast. They are the only provider in my area otherwise I'd leave in a split second.

All they do is lie. They tell you one thing and then the bill comes and wow... it's not even close to what you discussed. We asked for unlimited internet. When the bill came it more than we had said, not what we asked for and not the price we discussed but your responsible because of the contract. Why is comcast not accountable for anything? They just get to charge you what ever they want and you're stuck. Don't get comcast unless you're happy with not getting to pick your service or know what you will pay.

It's was a new location. We got right in and out, but it was the middle of the day, during the week. Would like to know how much wait there is when they are busy. It was horrible at their prior location.

This location is a customer service center that does not directly physically service customers. Instead, this location fields inquiry calls from specific regions of the nation.
