Little Disappointed!Charged various fees. I understand $100 incidental fee(more on that later).A fee for checking in at a certain/early determined time.Microwave was not plugged in,couldn’t get to wall socket.I stayed just one night. I was asked did I pay $100 and was told to wait the lobby so manager can go upstairs to check my room. I have been hotel hopping for 2 months until I get an apartment and never have been treated in such a way! Disappointed!

In TSUN for a concert. Convenient location right off the highway. Based on the rating, we were very surprised and satisfied that it was very clean. The lobby was clean and inviting, with the breakfast area to the right. The pool was cool. The hot tub was perfect...large, and not too hot.The elevator was operational and clean. Yes, this was the cleanest one of the last few places we've stayed. The worst thing in this hotel are the pictures on the wall. BOOOOOO....all about that state up north.

Great location if you are traveling as it is close to the expressway. Unfortunately, staff weren’t overly friendly, just seemed to be doing basics of the job. The worst part was the rooms were in need of repair. Lots of paint chipping off of walls and staining on all the furniture. Furniture also full of markings. Floors didn’t seem overly clean but the sheets and towels were clean. No bedbugs were seen when I checked. Fine for $88 a night and safe.Safety: Safe area, near other chains and pretty quiet

I had booked a room online and decided to pay when I reach. I reach at 1:00 am. I present my ID and card. My cc has maiden name and the front desk guy Adel didn't accept. He said prove me so I showed him the petition to change the name which was granted by the US govt, he didn't accept that either. I was without a room at 2:00am. This dude is okay for me to be on the street but couldn't be logical and acted dumb. Wouldn't be surprised if he was a racist old person. He asked me to cancel the reservation and find another hotel at 2:00 am. He didn't even bring the manager to speak. Ridiculous and low level staff and place. I got a place next door with the same documents. This place sucks and will never ever book comfort Inn ... it's more like discomfort.

Room was clean but my saw a lady bug on the bed. I also had to kill a mosquito. Breakfast was good and the service was good too. The price was hefty though for two nights.

Room 321 has a broken window with insects nested between the panes, WiFi is difficult to connect. Was provided the WiFi tech support number, tech support was great, but could not change the fact the WiFi access point was on the first floor and provides 5Mbps down and 1Mbps up. This is below the minimum requirements for one person to stream Netflix. My wife's hotspot allowed us 400x the download speed. The PAX terminal in Joint Base Balad had better wifi than this in 2008.

Meh. Kinda shady. Not super clean. Convenient to the hospital, and reasonably priced for Ann arbor, but I'd pay the extra $30-40 to stay somewhere else next time. Wifi is terrible. My husband called the tech support company who informed him that there is one access point on the first floor with a max throughout of 5 Mbps down and 1Mbps up which is not even enough for one person to stream a video, let alone an entire hotel. Beds are probably at least 10 years old. Carpets are sticky. Definitely in need of some upgrades to at least this millennium.

You honestly get what you pay for here. Customer service was good, breakfast was mediocre, but rooms were NASTY. I'm attaching a pic of my mattress. I spent the whole four days wondering if someone was killed on this mattress it was so gross! And they have those awesome comforters that are inside of a sheet that isn't enclosed so if you move the sheet at all it comes off of this insert that every single person who's ever stayed at their hotel has touched and it's disgusting so you have a hard time sleeping because of this nasty Comforter touching you. You can't just buy a one piece comforter? And put on sheets? Oh and the lovely heating system. You can either have it on cold air blowing all night, hot air, blowing all night, or no air. So no matter what, you should expect to have to get up in the middle of the night to fix the temperature at least one time. It was so bad that I heard a family fighting with their teenager on the elevator about it! Poor family had had a horrible night too. Another great idea would be to have a set up to make the room dark. I had quite a set up, with hair clips, pillows, chairs pushed up and wash clothes trying to block the light. I live in Las Vegas and I think this was the most light I've ever had in a hotel room. At least the tub didn't fill up with water and we didn't have rowdy neighbors. The clientele seemed ok.

Came 4 hours away for my birthday/honey moon trip - paid ahead was not told the entire pool area was down until we seen a sign upon arrival which was a main reason for booking here. We check in on a Friday night, the beds were so uncomfortable our backs hurt so bad when we woke up we tossed and turned all night. A.C barely worked in the room. Was looking forward to a nice shower since there wasn't a pool or hot tub and there was barely any pressure. Went outside spoke to another couple staying here, they also checked in on a friday & were told the pool should be fixed by saturday, when i asked saturday i was now told there was a chemical issue and no one will come there til probably monday or tuesday. Very clean overall but that don't make everything else go unseen.Rooms: Need better beds, upgrade water system to showers

Everything in the room is noisy. I cannot sleep without turning off both fridge and fan, and I can clearly hear the sound from the other rooms. The noise is much worse than the other hotels I’ve ever in. Btw, I don’t like the toilet seat..

Booked Friday for a Saturday stay. Said hot tub was closed on Friday. Showed up Saturday and pool was closed too. They said stay or don't stay, we don't care. Can't see out any window in the place because seals are all broken. What a pit!

GREAT! We came due to an E.R. Situation. Needed something close to U of M Hospital ICU. So pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, WELL THOUGHT OUT COMFORT, serious minded helpful staff. THE POOL AND SURROUNDING AREAS SO CLEAN! towels were thick and soft. It made the nightmare of our situation easier to bare. T.y. Comfort Inn and Staff. Well worth the money.Rooms: Handicap accessible was well planned and comfortable for all! Nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were super comfy.Nearby activities: Very close to EVERYTHING we needed. So much greenery, walks were pleasurable.Walkability: I took several walks. I felt safe and engaged. I loved the comfortable outdoor seating they have. Just right to sit and chat or enjoy a moment to myself.Noteworthy details: I was struck by how diligent and contentious each employee carried out their duties. Just nice to see, some pride in ones work! It shows.
