  The nice gentleman helped me organize my things back in order in my trunk after he vacuumed it . That was nice of him it would’ve taken me longer if I’d did it alone. My car was very clean and shiny. good customer service answering questions I had.This is a great car wash !

  My car was not clean after paying $18. I did the ultimate exterior wash. I actually was surprised that it was still not clean considering 4 different guys had helped either wash or dry it and none of them seemed to notice / care.

  I paid over $30 for a deep vacuum, and they didn't do it properly. Ash was left in visible places. Poor work by the vacuum cleaners.

  Ok so I don’t usually ever leave reviews but this one NEEDS it…
  
  Got a Membership for $17.99 June 2nd.. and I promise you for the waste of money I spent on this membership I’ll NEVER go to a local/small business again .. cliff notes below
  
  * Whatever janky equipment these people are using it’s SCRATCHING up my black vehicle and they act nonchalant to it and won’t fix it compensate the issue..
  
  * What kind of business NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE?.. this place won’t answer the phone to save their lives.. or call you back 2-3 days later and god forbid you’re not by your phone you gotta keep playing phone tag with this place smh
  
  * Piss poor job drying the car off, It’s water makers all over the windows and back of the car and when I asked one of the guys (middle eastern/mexican looking guy) to wiped the sap stain off my drivers window he just “shrugged and said I can’t get it” && oh I’m sure the owner “attempted” to dry my car off one hot Saturday and didn’t even give it a half effort, water marks all over my windows and tbh if I paid for a single price of a $9+and that was the result of the job then I’d demand my money back TOTALLY lackluster all around ..
  
  * To be fair I only have this place a chance over a spot like Zippys or etc because my mom said she was coming here since she was younger they did a “wonderful job” she must’ve been here when things were on the up &up cus this place is terrible , I’d rather hand wash my cars then give this place another dollar.. I’ve called 3x to cancel my membership and they have yet to return my call after I missed theirs because they called while I’m at work, just save yourself the hassle and money and go to a bigger car wash chain or hand wash it yourselves

  My two issues with this car wash is as follows:
  
  1. My car is never fully cleaned when I get it washed here. I was a monthly member and no matter how often I got it washed it was never fully cleaned. I also think the price is a bit steep just to offer the bare minimum (with the monthly subscription you don’t even get to vacuum your car, which is what I would get with my previous membership for the same price).
  
  2. Every time I come here I always feel uncomfortable as a woman. I’ve been hit on and looked at creepily almost every time I would come and it got to a point where I wouldn’t go unless I was with my boyfriend or male friend. If you’re a woman, I wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here.

  The best in Ann Arbor off of South industrial. They are professional, nice and clean your car with a rag after the wash. That in itself is wonderful but the shine on my car lasts for days. Kudos to all the hardworking people there, ty so much!

  The Manager accused me of trying to cheat them out of a wash when my old 10$ bill got stuck in their machine. He gripped my other 10$ that I had immediately offered to one of his workers and said u got your wash didn’t you? When I called the next day to see if they found the 10$ in the machine, he said no. And what’s your problem ma’am, you got your wash didn’t you? I always got a good wash and kindness and respect from the workers there. Maybe it’s management that’s the problem. Mkarlphd

  Literally the worst car wash in the area. They used to be pretty good back when it was big daddy’s before the current owner bought it. The little Napoleon who runs it put up signs all over that are comical (unintentionally). It’s like a view into a schizophrenic nightmare. One of the signs says “if you want your car mostly dry buy the top level wash”. So basically they won’t even dry your car if you’re paying $9 for the cheapest wash, only if you buy the $17 wash. Which is stupid expensive for a below average wash. Particularly because they don’t have the air drying blowers, but this stupid raggedy old spinning towel rack that looks like all it’s gonna do is scratch the crap out of your paint.
  
  I’m clearly not the only one who feels that way I went there today a nice 78° day in October And years ago, there would be a line out onto industrial now I was the only car there. It’s a sad statement because there are so few decent car washes left in Ann Arbor unfortunately, this is not one of them. Maybe they should go the way of the old big M car wash on Stadium and bulldoze it and build a bank there.
