Peter and the team over at concept insurance are absolutely hands down amazing!! I have never had better customer service in my life!! They go above and beyond every time. Peter has even answered me after hours when I had an emergency when a tree fell on my house. Or when I decide last minute to get a new vehicle he has gotten me insurance info after hours !! Hands down the best people I have worked with !!

Concept insurance has been my carrier for many years now. Recently I had to file a claim, first time ever I really was clueless as to how to go about. I called Peter Stanton walked me through the entire process called me several times to check how things were going. I so appreciate him taking his time and patience with me. Unless you are an agent most insurance procedures are totally Greek to the layman at least to me. Peter stepped right in and handled things quickly and with so much ease. Great company and so easy to work with.

Peter and team have been awesome! I forgot to add a new car to my policy and the office was closed on Saturday when I went to pick it up from the dealer. I was worried I wouldn't be able to actually drive off the lot but Peter was incredibly responsive via email and was able to take care of everything. Thanks for the great service!

Excellent service and explanations of benifits. I was referred to Concept Ins. Agency by a friend. After speaking with Peter I was amazed how he explains the details so anyone can understand. This is very helpful with the ever changing insurance environment. Highly recommend contacting the group for your insurance needs. The staff has been very helpful as well.

Pete has proven to be an exceptional partner in providing proactive support and advice in an easily digestible manner throughout the years. I moved to Ann Arbor approximately two years ago, and Jimmy at Concept Insurance was able to get me exactly the auto and renters insurance that I needed at a great price. He has always responded to my e-mails very promptly — even two years later. I would definitely recommend him!

In a world where independant agents have a tendency to "go to sleep" on clients, I've found Concept Insurance to be an exception. Just completed a review of all our various policies with Peter. I got my questions answered and clarification on some of the finer points of insurance coverage. Great level of service.
