Outstanding Service at Costco!
I stopped by Costco to grab some water softener salt and a few healthy snacks. On my way out, I spotted an amazing patio set with a fire pit and a 10x10 umbrella—one of those deals you just know won’t be there if you wait. So, of course, I had to get it.
The real dilemma hit when I realized how heavy everything was and wondered how I’d fit it all into my truck. But the Costco team stepped up big time! They got three carts ready, took everything outside, and helped load it into my truck. Jason, in particular, was phenomenal. As he was helping me load, he said, “Oh, you want to shark fin it!” which gave us both a good laugh. He had the best attitude and went above and beyond to make sure everything was loaded safely and efficiently.
I know Costco values their employees, but Jason truly exemplified top-notch service. Thanks again to him and the team—keep up the great work!

Very good if you plan ahead and buy in bulks . Usually you go there and buy way more than you intended to. Pizza and soda is pretty good

I got in on a day when the warehouse wasn't packed. Isles were easy to maneuver. This rarely happens.
The parking lot is usually akin to roller derby, so I don't frequent this particular location. However, it tends to carry a better selection of my preferred products as opposed to the two other Costcos that I have access to. Also, the staff is pleasant.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Also... this review is coming up under "Ann Arbor," but it's referring to the Costco in Toledo, Ohio.

We shop at Costco regularly for our every day groceries, but we just had a great experience ordering a half sheet birthday cake for our daughter's birthday party for the first time. It was huge, beautifully decorated, and most importantly---delicious! It was also under $30 which is amazing.
That as well as ordering numerous large pizzas from the food court and we had a very budget friendly party and happy guests!

We have had a Sam's club membership for a few years but the options for dairy free and gluten free to accommodate allergies are slim to none. We went to Costco and there was not only a big selection of diary and/or gluten free products, it felt like there were finally options for food. The place was very clean and the Costco food court wasn't too bad. As well with the political decorum these days, I'll be choosing Costco from here on out. ESPECIALLY this Costco.

Great place of varied items and food. New items come in every week. Can be crowded during rush hour, however staff are fast with checkout.
