OTR trucks should not be delivering here. However, the staff is great.

I had the best birthday dinner at The Original Cottage Inn and our server was exceptional! Her recommendations were spot on, her gelato pick for my free birthday dessert was stellar, and our overall experience made for a perfect evening. I am sooo sooo sorry this restaurant will be sold and possibly turned into some high rise apartment building as opposed to keeping with the current, excellent restaurant fare. Try to get over there before it's too late! I'm going back soon.

Good food and great college town atmosphere in downtown Ann Arbor. Highlights are very good pizza with lots of options for toppings and excellent beer list including local favorites.

I ordered a couple of pizzas from the Redford Location online. Order #5 on Saturday October 14th. $54.79 They never arrived. I tried to call the location. They never answered. I am a UAW worker on strike and wanted to treat my family to a pizza dinner and now I'm without dinner and the money for the dinner. I want a refund. This is the second time this has happened to my family.

Although an iconic restaurant, I felt the food was not very good. I had salmon and it was over cooked and tasted very fishy. My mashed potatoes were barely warm. The variety of veggies were very good. My husband's chicken parm was also over cooked and bland. Service was very good. Hostess was really nice even under busy busy pressure. Ambience is still all college. Wouldn't hurry back.

Your branch on Grand River Avenue in Farmington Hills Michigan attempted to charge me $21 for an 8 inch gluten free pizza that was burnt to the crisp. Literally!!!! This is highly unacceptable for the price that I paid for. Is this standard practice at that particular chain? To burn your customer's pizza and expect them to pay full price. You wouldn't feed your family this. Neither will I.

First of all, I used to purchase Cottage Inn Pizza a lot along time ago from one the Oakland County locations. I loved their lasagna. This company started in 1948. I'm writing this note to the owners. The problem is note the product. The problem is the customer service and your corporate office...lacking honesty, professionalism, integrity, servitude, kindness.I hope your management team do a better job representing the brand because my experience was awful and not handled in a dignified way. . .sad.Owners...I am available for further feedback. You have my name and address

Waste recourses sending out coupons that they don’t let you use ordering online. Then they won’t answer the phone because they’re too busy. Get this trash out of my face.

It's been a while since we've been here. Generally disappointed Place was almost empty and we were seated practically in the kitchen. Fortunately they moved us when asked. Had the worst pan "Margherita pizza" ever. No red sauce. Just tons of cheese, anemic tomatoes and sprinkling of basal. Bland. When asked why it was made without sauce I was told I should have read the description. If it was listed as a "white Margherita"(more accurately) I would have read the description and ordered different. Just not the Cottage Inn I remember.

NOTICE TO GAME DAY GUESTS: We made a reservation on Open Table 14 days in advance (earliest Cottage Inn allows reservations to be made). When we arrived, we were told reservations are NOT accepted on Game Days even tho we had a confirmed one. Luckily a very competent hostess seated us in bar and ensured we had excellent service.

Great meal after dropping kid off for the year. Had only ever had their pizza from their chain stores so we were surprised at the big choices on the menu. I had a pizza and my wife had a pasta dish and both were excellent.

A University of Michigan-Ann Arbor tradition. The pizza is superb and the salads crisp and fresh. The original has a very college town vibe and friendly efficient staff. A great place to take your college (or younger) kids.

Very pleased that entres came with soup, mashed redskin potatoes, and a nice portion of fresh broccoli. Table was extremely close to the bench seating so that made it a bit uncomfortable, but on the whole, a wonderful dinner.
