shop here if you like to be treated rudely. I stopped using this pharmacy when there pharmacy tech was rude when asking where to find something in the store. I asked for facial soap. She said she would not know because she does not use soap on her face. Today again at the pharmacy a lack of service. I had covid before and I have covid symptoms. I am fully vaccinated, but have heard that it is possible to get covid again even when vaccinated. My decision for the test was mostly to help the science behind a new virus. I am not willing to create a profile for this business, I do not do business here. Today the Pharmacy tech told me, even if I test positive for covid - no one from CVS will be reaching out to me. I must do their online portal. I refuse! If you like abuse, use this CVS. I changed my pharmacy to Meijer - they deliver them to me at no cost to me. Perhaps others should know how user friendly Meijer is especially if they have experienced the rude customer service from this expensive pharmacy.

All the staff members here were very helpful. The pharmacist tech took the time to help me find the best option for what I needed. The manger went out her way to help me look for something in the store and the cashier clerk was very nice and welcoming. Outstanding customer service!

Manager is very misinformed about CVS courtesy coupons which are issued when one finds expired items on CVS shelves (they are valid, but manager claims they are fraudulent and refuses to take them). CVS coupons don't always make sense, which can be very frustrating if one uses CVS regularly. The service is ok, except once in a while there's a slow (both physically and mentally) employee with whom one needs to be patient... Sigh... One or two of the employees at the pharmacy are also very short-tempered

I called to see if my prescription was in. The lady immediately has an attitude and ask what I want. I tell her the situation she quickly rushed me for my name and birthday, no big deal. She says we don't have insurance for you. I tell her my insurance and she hangs up. Horrible customer service.

This is the only CVS I have ever stayed on the phone to talk to a pharmacist for 15 min and never talked to anyone. My mother-in law gets her drugs here, and she say some times it's a day and a half before they call her to say her percription is ready. I use CVS and they are all professional. This store sucks. I think CVS management needs to do some replacement of employees.

Horrible customer service in regards to the pharmacy. They very rarely have my medications in stock. I try to shop "local" to support local businesses, but this is one business that will never see my money again.

Worst Pharmacy ever been a part of extremely slow let the phone ring 10 minutes still no answer finally just hung up and went to the one on Whittaker Road
