Nail artist was so unfriendly, treated me like she was irritated that I wanted a manicure and needed my polish removed - just arrived in town and didn’t have the tools to remove myself. Also made negative comments about my dry cuticles, as a nurse the constant hand sanitizing makes my hands dry- it’s not my fault. Left me at her table with nail polish remover foiled to my fingers for over 20 minutes to give a pedicure. I finally just took it off because it’s not good to leave those chemicals on your skin indefinitely. Ultimately I saw she wasn’t going to come back so I left. Never been treated rudely at a nail salon before. I was expecting Ann Arbor to have better services than my home town of Albuquerque, I was very disappointed.

Who puts a fast drying clear coat on top of wet polish? 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Staff was not very friendly or talkative.

Wonderful experience and meticulous work by my nail technician, Cindy. She shaped and painted my nails with a lot of care and diligence. Even my mom was impressed when she examined the work over FaceTime (she’s hard to please because she also does nails in another state).
The ladies were all very kind and I was also provided water during my pedicure. I’d highly recommend this salon to anyone and would suggest calling to make an appointment beforehand as they can get very busy with walk-ins!
I love that this place is also next to Costco so I was able to do some shopping after.
Will be coming back here! 💛

Always have an amazing experience here! Everyone is so kind! This is the only place that I go to; it has set such a high bar that everywhere else just doesn’t compare. Every manicure and pedicure is beautifully done and super enjoyable. Thank you to everyone!

best manicure in a2. i went to three other places in town that were terrible. i got builder gel and solid color for $60 and its the best manicure ive ever got.
