Ever since we cut down some big trees behind our house the sun in the front room was too much. Very hot in the summer and you can't watch tv in the afternoon. Didn't want to cover the 1/4 round windows all the time, just sometimes. All the companies I called said it couldn't be done until I called Creative Windows in AA. They had never done this arrangement before and it took 3 visits (not their fault) but it's great now. The difference between a good company and a great one is how they handle problems. In this regard Creative Windows is a great company.

We love the finished project! It took a few more steps than we anticipated, but in the end I believe they were worth it to get it 100% right. They are beautiful and exceed our expectations. We opted for the motorized shades and they seamlessly blend in when open.

We worked with Cindy to have cornice boards installed above the cellular shades on several windows in our home. Cindy was amazing, bringing us numerous choices for fabrics and helping us narrow them down to make a selection. Installers were great also, worked very carefully to make sure everything was done correctly! would definitely recommend Creative Windows!

Don was so great! Came over very promptly, excellent work— even found that a piece of the existing valance was originally installed the wrong way. He was nice and efficient. Took all the boxes and packages with him at the end. Oh! And my cat really liked him too!

We purchased 8 blinds for our brand new Henry Ford OptimEyes location in Farmington Hills and had issues with the quality of the curtains/blinds only a few months in. We called to have someone come out to repair them and they did come out at no charge but did not fully fix the issue. Only a few months later, the same curtain/blind that was originally “fixed” was not working yet again. So we called to have someone come out again and they are charging an estimate of $500 which is absolutely absurd considering this is the second time that an issue as occurred with the exact same blind. For residential and commercial owners, I would recommend a different company that stands behind their product when it is clearly defective. In addition, the 7 other curtains/blinds are not in great condition either which is genuinely concerning with having had them for only a year. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We worked with Creative Windows recently to replace a Hunter Douglas Luminette blind for a sliding door in our home. Every step of the process-- selection, preparation, installation--was done in a manner that was both highly professional and friendly. We were very satisfied with the end result and with the way were treated by the company. I highly recommend them.
