I have worked with CubeSmart for over 10 years now. If I had a problem, they were really ready to help and adjust things accordingly. The most recent manager, Tiffany has always been so very professional, and very helping whenever I had a problem and all the way to my last and final day. I am pleased with my time with CubeSmart. Should I need to use storage services again, especially a climate controlled environment, I will be sure to use CubeSmart.

Was a client for 12 years (simply storage before cubesmart).Since under new management, have gotten annual +12%/yr price increases without any explanation as to why the increases are so much higher than inflation. Had to move out and find alternative where I was able to half the cost of storage.Manager not particularly helpful when asked for alternative cheaper units, reasons for price increases ("can't do anything it's management"), or when asked if she had any suggestion for who could help me move out (did not get a response).The storage space overall clean and secure and in good location. Back entrance looks a bit apocalyptic with overgrown vegetation and abandoned vehicles but was very practical to load and unload.Would recommend if the management team could reduce pricing by 30-40%, do more reasonable price increases, and empower/train their managers to help their customers.
