Very good place to shop, except that at the checkout there is a very slow lady at the checkout, they should have more dynamic people. Also a bit racist from the old lady with grey hair.

I've never had any issues, but they are understaffed here. Expect a 20+ min wait every time you're here.

If I could rate them a zero I would - they gave me someone else's prescription to take home - never checked my liscense. I didn't realize it was wrong until the patient called me (we have the same last name). That is so dangerous. I just tried to transfer a prescription to them b.c. the pharmacy I changed too (because CVS is so bad) ran out of a med, so I called to have them call the pharmacy I changed to - they insisted the other pharmacy call them to transfer. It never works that way. I had to make so many phone calls - my current pharmacy had to call them and complain to them that this is never how its done.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I'm embarrassed to say I've been a customer for over 10 years simply because of their location and just not taking the time to make a switch - no longer! If you call within 15 minutes of closing time, they'll put you on hold until closing and just leave, I guess? So you get hung up on after navigating the myriad of convoluted online menus that are put in place to deter you from talking to a human. About 20% of the attendants at the window/counter are friendly. The management must suck because they seem really unhappy. Good luck getting to talk to a real pharmacist. They can't be bothered. Hello Ann Arbor Pharmacy!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had an experience with.

I've been going back and forth between this pharmacy and my doctor trying to get my prescription for 3 days. Doctor says they sent the Rx and got a confirmation of receipt from the pharmacy, so I go in and pharmacy says just because doctor gets a confirmation doesn't *actually* mean the pharmacy received the Rx (??!?). I'll be going elsewhere.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever witnessed in my life. Choose anywhere else. From not checking messages my doctor leaves with my scripts to wrong directions on bottle for use of medication. Putting placed on hold on the phone for 30 min. Always understaffed always a line always slow.

While this is a relatively nice CVS, the service from the pharmacy lacked professionalism. I received treatment that was highly suspicious for bias. In addition, I was told to wait at the drive-through for the pharmacist who would be there shortly. The pharmacist did not come and no one notified us that they were actually closing. They basically closed the window and left. Unfortunately, the person behind me did not receive assistance. As a healthcare provider, it upsets me to think that any patient would receive this type of care or worse. This is unacceptable.

Pharmacy person who took insurance information was extremely rude. I had called in an order and explained the drug was not covered by insurance so I was told to return next day because they did not have a drug. 24 hours later I returned and the pick up person said to contact my physician for insurance purposes. I asked her to fill the script without insurance and please note for the future this drug is not covered by insurance. She wanted me to know they did not have history so how would they know. My answer was that I told someone the day before and the medicine still had not been ordered. She said in a defensive mode that it was not her fault and she would now note on the record since she did not have any history. As far as the prescription was concerned, she said it was not a drug they normally carry and to return the next day after 5pm. Finally my prescription was filled but I had a question. For the last 3 years the medicine has cost $130 monthly. I had these filled at my local pharmacy in Florida. This time the cost was $768.00. So I questioned if this was the right number. Her response was remember you don't have insurance (that was not the issue) and the price reflects the fact we don't have a contract for major supply so our costs are higher -- with an attitude. So Walgreens here I come.

Warrants a review because my experience at the pharmacy counter was expedient. Check in on your phone before your appointment, and I got my flu shot effortlessly. Got my prescriptions filled on the same day. Not much on customer rapport but efficient. If you are driving on the opposite side, the entrance lane can be dicey with cars turning into the numerous stores on Stadium.

Rude Covid testing lady. You are doing your own test and at least they could have been friendly with you but no she thinks she has a power but she is only a rude technician .
