I went in because I knew they would be open from me living close by years ago...need toothpaste. I went to do an automatic check out only to have problems and get insulted by the employee...guess they don't need my business. I guess everyone should know their systems and how to fix the issue. I would have taken it to her at the register but she was talking to the homeless guy hanging out and getting warm...which is why I decided to go to the self checkout.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the CVS in Ann Arbor. The employee was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in harassing customers than actually helping them. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time I was there. This is not the kind of service I expect from a reputable company like CVS. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Dude that works at the pharmacy counter genuinely screams at people to “give him minute” even when we’re all patiently waiting trying to be nice and walk on eggshells so he doesn’t get more mad. If you hate your job so much please quit, i worked in customer service for years and if you can’t handle it then i suggest getting a different job rather than continuing to make it so uncomfortable and tense everytime i get my meds

This location needs a total staff revamp. The night staff are not helpful AT ALL, everyone is rude and untrained. I had come in (regretfully) a couple of days ago to request money from the ATM in the store. Instead of giving me the full amount, It gave me a partial payment. When I notified the store associate about what happened all he could tell me was sorry and wrote a number on a piece a paper that wasn’t linked to the atm provider. All of the pharmacy people suck at this location too, very argumentative. Avoid this place if possible.

Scheduled drive through Covid test. Got there and was told that they don’t do tests anymore at their location and “haven’t done so for months.” Yet I was able to schedule the appointment on the CVS website, give them medical information, and receive a confirmation code with instructions on what to do. Wasted an hour round trip due to traffic and was turned away.

Rude staff at the pharmacy specifically the girl in the white coat, kind of a bigger girl dark hair, she’s very rude and unprofessional, LITERALLY switching pharmacy’s because she just hates the world for some reason and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. 8/16/23 (6:00pm)

i’ve become quite the regular at this cvs on late nights, but saturday july 15 i went in around 10pm and the girl at the checkout was so sweet!! i didn’t catch her name, but she wore glasses and had the cutest gauges!! she offered to help me carry my water to my car and even made fun of my boyfriend with me a tad as i was there getting him popsicles for his sore throat ? she was wonderful!!

CVS Pharmacy ...More like a convenience store with a pharmacy attached in the back. So much has changed over the years (notice that I didn't say much has improved over the years). But this particular location has corner store vibes because of the neighboring housing apartments which are adjacent (across Stimson Street).
