  Asked Pharmacist to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. "CVS was going to have the best prices anywhere" was his comment.
  
  I saved over 50 dollars by transferring. This location is extremely slow at filling prescriptions, sometimes taking several days. Would not recommend

  The worst - THE WORST pharmacy. No one seems to know what’s going on. Been waiting on a script for pain (threw my back out) - been over a week and a half- have been in there 3 separate times, called three times. One person told me I didnt pick up in time so they put it back on shelf (within 24 hours of it getting called in) then another tells me they were actually out. Then told me they would order for me it would be 3 days. A week later after calling and stopping in multiple times - they then told me it was in yesterday. I went to pick it up this morning first they said it never came in and not sure why someone called me back and told me it would be ready after the afternoon yesterday. Then told me it was back ordered and never had it. This place is a disgrace, along with health care in this country,
  
  Save yourself a headache and don’t go here.

  The pharmacist lied to me about vacation overrides being illegal and wouldn’t give me the name of the manufacturer of my medication. I can’t blame this on language being a barrier as he had no accent whatsoever and sounded fluent. This was requested by my provider to see which generic brands are available in the area. He talked down to me for asking a simple question. I called 6 other pharmacies including other CVS locations and not one of them gave me a hard time or thought my request was unreasonable. They told me how a vacation override works and were very helpful. Not sure why this man was this uncooperative. Baffled. I’ve never left a review on anything and this is my first one. This man could potentially hurt people. If you need something always get a second opinion. Or hopefully this man isn’t the reason why you can’t get your meds filled or can’t ask an important question pertaining to your wellbeing. Stay safe.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE AT 11:30 PM! This CVS advertises that they are open until midnight. However, I pulled in this evening at 11:30pm to get my daughter cough medicine and after getting through the first set of doors I watched the lady working lock the inside door right in front of my face, then proceed to walk away from me as if I weren't even there! I GOT LOCKED IN BETWEEN THE TWO SETS OF DOORS WHEN SHE DID THIS, THEN I HAD TO LITERALLY BEAT ON THE DOORS FOR HER TO LET ME OUT OF THERE! I YELLED AT HER AND SAID YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO CLOSE UNTIL MIDNIGHT! SHE SAID IT WAS CLOSE ENOUGH! SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR LOCKING ME IN OR ANYTHING

  Prescriptions take exponentially longer to fill here versus other locations. Poor communication and staff not helpful or friendly.
  
  My last experience involved waiting over an hour (with my energetic three year old) after being told my script would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting patiently, I went up to the desk again and they told me they actually didn't have the script in store and it would be over 100 dollars more than what they originally told me. It's been over 96 hours trying to get a medication for my son. Thanks but I'll go elsewhere.

  Went there today for a vaccination and while waiting in line another customer walked up to me and tried to infect me with COVID-19. I reported the incident to staff and was informed that people like her were allowed to infect people like me and that the store no longer has a policy against such behavior because, in his words, “it’s not as lethal as before”, and that I should go somewhere else if I don’t want to be assaulted and possibly killed. I’m extremely vulnerable and would almost certainly not survive if I caught it. So I guess my life doesn’t matter then. I will definitely not be returning here.

  Received a vaccine here. Could not believe the condition of the room they used to administer it. It was beyond filthy! Medical waste bin sitting sideways on the floor without the lid fully on, trash (syringe caps, used gauze, band aid wrappers, and much more) all over the floor and desk surface, papers strewn about everything - just an absolute mess. I had difficulty getting an appointment at other pharmacies so did not leave but wanted to and will NEVER go to this pharmacy for anything ever again.

  Be very careful this CVS , in Ann Arbor, on Stadium, I left with GREAT IMPRESSION THEY HAVE CHANGE AND IMPROVING, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. SO I THOUGHT, BELIEVE IN 2ND CHANCES, Great deals on vitamins, so went another CVS, close by, in BRIGHTON, same kind of vitamins that I previously purchased in Ann Arbor, an the manager and cashier, would not HONOR, the transaction EVEN though I show then the receipt from ANN ARBOR, THIS IS RIDICULOUS, gives you a BAD IMPRESSION on this store how they treat there customers.

  Excellent service. I had all kind of issues with my insurance. Rashad, the chief pharmacist, was very patient. Even when I was pretty agitated, and managed to solve all of those. Thank you, Rashad.

  I absolutely L-O-V-E this CVS store because Darlene, Sheena and Duane are such kind and helpful customer associates who make sure you find everything you need ! I found all the Easter candy and goodies I needed to make 5 Easter baskets for my grandchildren! Thank you, Stadium CVS, for being my favorite CVS store for the past 28 years ! I remember when you use to be located on the corner of Liberty and Stadium!! Thank you guys for always being there! ( I can’t forget the CVS pharmacy in the back of the store! I get my COVID boosters, flu shot and pneumonia shots and shingles shots here every year!! You guys are an important part of my health care team !❤️?Thank you and bless you for all you do for me and my family!) BTW: I’m one of those customers who looks forward to that 10-feet long receipt that the register prints out after making my purchases! I feel like a winner when I , occasionally, get one of those $5 or $2 OFF coupons for my next purchase! I feel like I’ve WON the lottery! Cheap thrills , but fun nonetheless! I’m also an avid user of the in-store coupon machine!! Gotta save when you can!!❤️☮️
