Originally gave 1 star review but updated it to 3. Placed an order online to pickup photo cards at this location yesterday. Printer broke and no one contacted me so I waited my time going to pick them up. No one followed up with me today about printing my cards as promised so i had to call there. Told me to contact 800# for refund which took 28 minutes on the phone and they will not honor 60% off promo or give me the cards for free for my inconvenience. They said I will need to recreate card, pay more and go pick them up. No thanks! Will go somewhere else with better customer service! Update: received an unexpected text a week later that my photo cards were ready. Photos looked ok but the resolution was not as good as other stores and the mailing envelopes were very low quality.

Worst pharmacy of all time. They’ve sent me home with other people’s meds multiple times (HIPAA violations) and make it incredibly difficult to get my prescribed HRT. If you want a good pharmacy, stay farrrrrrr away from the CVS on Plymouth.

Completely incompetent people who are working in a health field . AVOID THIS PLACE!!
Super disorganised, don’t think they are trained properly including the pharmacist. I won’t be surprised if they made an error .

Absolutely impossible to get on the phone with a pharmacist for medication questions/issues. This is medically dangerous and CVS as a company needs to fix this customer service issue at all their locations.

Pharmacy supply issues are beyond the norm, even for CVS peers, and customers service is poor likely due from low staffing

Do not load a chime card here for any reason . We have been in the car for two hours with two kids because the money never loaded for our hotel at this location . They wouldn't refund it and we are four hours away from home .

James at the reception was so nice! Right when we were checking out, he went out of his way to ask us if we were subscribing Members, because the wine we were buying would be $3 off if we were, and I said in not sure, but I might be. And even though I had ALREADY scanned my card for payment, he cancelled the transaction, and rescanned everything for us, looked up my number, and low-and-behold, I was! So thanks to his dedicated consideration, we got $3 off ^-^. And he was perfectly pleasant through the whole interaction. Thanks you, James!! You da best ❤️🙌🏻🫂

The customer care and attention to detail was extraordinary. I was very happy that they listened to me and immediately took the time to help me resolve my problem. Thank you again for everything you did for me. Employees really care about their customers at CVS.

CVS has cut pharmacy staff too low. My prescriptions take much longer to fill than promised, and pharmacy staff is rude.
