One of their pharmacists was kind enough to help me locate a few different items I needed for an upcoming surgery. She was polite and seemed happy to help. I had been worried about being able to get everything I needed, or finding someone to help me, but she made it so easy. One less thing to be stressed about!

CVS store was clean and nearly organized. I was able to find what I was looking for easily and bonus it even had a sale on it which I did not expect. I didn’t have to clip or go on the app to get the sale.

They are god awful with insurance they take forever to fill important prescriptions and the robot that answers the phone really makes a customer feel heard and helped let me tell you. Terrible. Figure it out.

Tried to price match with CVS website and they said it’s not possible and it’s only for in store pickup. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard paying more in store and having to wait for a pickup. No wonder this business is struggling. Eventually got the price match after a pointless lecture. Avoid.

Every time I go to this location just to get my meds always a issue. I’m over the store last time sending my medication because it’s always a issue I really need my meds asap it’s not why yall see me walking up and close the gates half and have customers there and still turn me away this is not a professional pharmacy they are bad with customer

I scheduled my flu shot online arrived on time and was told there was a copay. My insurance covers the flu vaccination. I was sent to check in again to show my insurance card! I was already sitting down ready for the shot, why didn’t they do the shot, and charge me after? I have an account and all my insurance information is there. I made an appointment and now I am still waiting!

The Jackson and Zeeb CVS Store is my much preferred CVS. I drive past other CVS stores to shop here. Everything is a quality: the staff is Friendly and helpful, the store is well stocked in the management exudes positive responsive leadership. Kudos to this CVS store!

The text messaging service for prescriptions is automated, and often inaccurate. It is not unusual to get conflicting texts, and when you call to try to sort it out, the automated telephone prompts are the WORST. There’s actually no capability to actually speak to a human. The best they have to offer is leaving a message and hoping for a call back. After 5 attempts…I just gave up and just went to the pharmacy to sort it out. Brother text message was correct and I had to wait an hour for them to get it right. The staff listened to my complaints and said “We know…we hear that a lot…there’s nothing we can do” I’ve never had this experience at other CVS pharmacies so maybe it is staff error in the processing of the prescriptions.
