One of the best pharmacies in Ann Arbor, I highly recommend choosing this place over other pharmacies. They keep things organized, explain the medication and let me know about some potential side effects/ some medications that I should avoid taking together, and always trying to help.

So far the pharmacists at this CVS in Target have been the best that I have encountered. They are consistently patient and helpful, even when it is busy. They helped answer questions about insurance and figure out issues with the CVS system very competently and kindly. They deserve all the commendations (and raises)!

This is the only pharmacy I will go to despite the long drive. They are always friendly and efficient. I have not experienced such professionalism and true customer care at any other pharmacy, particularly CVS pharmacies.

The professional staff at this particular CVS Pharmacy is outstanding; they are tremendous ambassadors for the profession and CVS. Today, I was served by Susan (Pharmacy Tech), who was friendly, professional, efficient, and thorough. She remembers details of her customers, and she was very informative about the two prescriptions that I picked up (one for me and one for my wife). It's a pleasure to come to this CVS Pharmacy and to interact with the professional staff.

Understaffed. DOES NOT do walkin Covid booster. Despite what the signs and web site says.Stood under the "Walkin Vaccine" sign for 10 minutes and was told they don't do them. Maybe fix the website and take down the signs ?

Absolutely worst service by "Alex". Rude, condescending. Have gone here almost 20 years, the women who work here have always been very helpful and kind. Not "Alex" though. Nope. Rude. Unhelpful. Condescending. Zero empathy. Will wait from now on for the women who work there for help.

I used to use this Pharmacy quite often and used to be happy. It has taken a nose dive this past year. I routinely cannot fill my prescription because they don't have enough of my medication. I thought I'd try again today and couldn't even get served. The pharmacist was having casual conversation with someone else behind the counter, he told me someone would be right with me... Nope. Two pharmacy techs were on the phone and after waiting 10 minutes I gave up and left. Never again.

This is the only pharmacy that I've ever been to that has accommodated my specific prescription requests. Every other place (CVS or not) has blown off my requests as unimportant or just said they couldn't do anything about it/were unwilling to help. Every staff member I've interacted with at this location has been super respectful, helpful, and informative. Thank you!!
