Deluxdrapery was an excellent choice for us when we needed to replace our 30 year old drapes. The selection of materials and colors was excellent. Measurement appointment was timely and well done and the installer did an excellent job of installing the new drapes. The color we choose could not have been better and the quality of the final product was more than satisfactory. This company is an old and established company located inAnn. Arbor and we highly recommend them.

We had to replace 30 year old vertical blinds in our living room but couldn't find anything of quality in the big box stores. Our cat can't deal with curtains or other blinds. Only vertical blinds let him access the window without getting into serious feline mischief. Fortunately, Deluxe Drapery carried the quality blinds we were looking for. They did a great job explaining the product and Corrine came to the house to measure our windows and was very helpful in showing us the many samples of designs/patterns available for the vanes. We found exactly what we were looking for. The blinds were ready for delivery before we had finished updating the floors and walls in our living room. Thankfully, Deluxe Drapery was very accommodating and delayed the installation so we could finish. Jason did a great job on the installation and we could not be happier with the result. Thank you Deluxe Drapery (and our cat thanks you too!) for a great job and a great product!

We put in shades in a new townhome and have been very happy with them after 2 years. The service was good and the products very good. Happy to recommend them. Might be a bit more than big stores or chain store in area but might be worth it.

Delux Drapery and Shade has earned the distinction as my favorite business in town. This group goes way above and beyond in their delivery of quality products and services. Last time I visited, I couldn’t find a solution to the light streaming through my large windows in the bedroom at night. One business offered to sell me heavy drapes that would block our scenic back yard view (>$4,000) and I said “no thanks”. Delux ( Linda and Steve) suggested PERFECT black out shades at less than half the cost and they fully retract during the day. That was last time…….This time we had a couple of damaged wooden blinds. One upstairs and one downstairs. The place they were purchased is out of business. These shades are on every window in our house so we are not keen on a full replacement for three slats. ????. Delux Drapery to the rescue!!!! Who else?? I’ll tell you… no one else…. They repaired the blinds and the expense was too small to post. Lulu helped us. No more broken blinds. Perfect repair. Thousands of $$ not spent. Enduring Gratitude earned!!I highly recommend that you rely on this local business for your blinds, drapery and other related needs!!!

We had an excellent experience with Delux Drapery & Shade Co! We moved into a new home and needed shades for close to dozen windows. At the store, they were extremely helpful in helping us pick shade styles, colors, as well as getting us scheduled to have our windows measured. Siga came out to measure the windows, as well as give us advice on styles of window covering. We weren't sure which style would work best for our bathroom, and she suggested a style I hadn't even thought of and we absolutely love how it looks installed. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and we love how our shades turned out!

Delux Drapery staff are very friendly and efficient. The products they sell are excellent quality and they stand behind them. The professional who installed our shades was excellent, one shade had a dot on it, he took a picture and then a new shade was installed a few weeks later. He also showed us how to operate the shades..

I have a large picture window in our master bedroom and I am adverse to light when I sleep at night. We overlook a lovely forested yard and have not wanted to use a heavy drapery on the window. We have wooden blinds, which do not keep out light very well and we have tried many other businesses in town in effort to find a solution to cover this big triple window. One day my husband insisted that we try this business.....a friendly woman helped us and five minutes later we had two solutions offered to us! Steve came out the next week, measured and explained that he could install a single beautiful blackout shade to pull over my wooden blinds when I need total darkness. No other business has offered us this solution. It was also AFFORDABLE. It was also available pretty quickly!! Installed today by Steve. I LOVE my gorgeous new blackout shades. They look fabulous. Installation was quick. Steve is a lovely man. I recommend this business!!!

From my first visit to the store through Siga coming to my home with shade samples and to measure through installation, I found each and every person to be friendly, informative, and respectful. I appreciate they were pleasantly amenable to unexpected schedule changes. The shades, all 13 of them, are well installed and working perfectly. The waffle shades truly enhance each room.
