Got a big unit indoor unit. It is clean and spacious. This cubesmart got nice facility, nice staff, nice storage. Everything's good other than the access door that has been in repair for the past 4 months. I give a 4 star only because of that. If the doors' fixed, I would give this facility an immediate 5.

Got a storage unit here to keep my u of m students belongings during the summer. It was clean, easy to access and air conditioned. When we opened it up 4 months later everything was great. No bugs or rats. The staff here was super helpful as well. They use a special lock, so the two I brought from home didn’t work, but now we own every lock known for storage units. The only con was that the garage doors that you usually drive through to exit were broken. They said someone hit them when exiting and that they would be fixed after we would be moved out. So you either parked a bit farther from the entrance and rolled your cart of stuff out or backed out (which wasn’t horrible with a back up cam). We will be back next year!
