I haven’t had any good experiences, or offers here ; don’t like the lack of ATMS, strict requirements to get approved for loan, lack of online access to transfer money to different accounts, fees they charge fees for everything, bad address, official statements, fee for anything over 5 dollars, NFCU or banks don’t charge petty fees anymore. I do Like the kids saving account that’s it!

I visited DFCU to make a simple checking deposit. The clerk was efficient and very pleasant, and she asked if she could help me with any other services. As usual, my experience at DFCU was pleasant.

Incompetent branch manager as when open account was very specific about amount to deposit in order to get year end cash back. Year end didn’t receive as when called customer service informed me that average amount wasn’t correct. Go to another branch as obviously if branch manager doesn’t understand policy of company then they will not be able to help you properly manage money.

DFCU staff have always been helpful and friendly, throughout many years, in Dearborn and in Ann Arbor.
I've banked other places, but I'm glad I've landed at DFCU!

The staff are consistently helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Since I have my mortgage through DFCU, I get a few hundred dollars back each January. The refund amount corresponds to the amount of money I have in my accounts and my loans.

Every time that I have the pleasure to visit your banking center near Briarwood Mall in Ann Arbor michigan. It doesn't matter if I'm working with the teller or if I have some specialty questions for somebody working in the office and it doesn't matter hey they always get me in and out quickly and give me the right answers to all my questions and kudos to DFCU. Had a clearly fraudulent charge on my account from a place that I’ve 0 history of ordering from. Main branch was no help and corporate was no help. Everything is a very long incompetent process here. I thought credit unions were supposed to help but honestly this bank has done nothing to help us. We come to the branch weekly and now all of a sudden when we request payoffs and other personal information we are having to jump through many hoops. I do not recommend banking with dfcu try U M credit union or lake trust but they have lost my business.

Just a terrible entity overall. It’s a little hard to help people with their credit if you won’t let the people that need help join. Just another big bank that only cares about $$$ and not the customer. After reading all the terrible reviews it sounds like I dodged a bullet.
