I was so happy when this branch opened near where I sometimes do my shopping. Clerks are amazing, professional, and friendly. I only use other branches because:
1. Parking and entry into building. I don't care for the long walk out front and around the corner of the building from my car where heavy traffic passes by and often several pedestrians, it feels unsafe. This is where we deposit and withdraw cash.
2. Direct location. It's very close to a busy intersection with lots of traffic which makes it difficult to enter and exit the parking lot.
3. What's with the overpowering fragrance chemicals/air fresheners? Last visit left me physically ill. These are all issues to consider for the aging public who are challenged with things others may not wish to consider.

Danielle is awesome! She always makes my experience great. Although the banker who helped me today was given customer service incorrect information and I had to explain to her what the issue was from Danielle’s standpoint.This same banker said have a great day after the issue wasn’t resolved totally I told her I’ll try she then says try hard like who says that when someone seems frustrated about the issue already. The problem wasn’t resolved until Danielle took the issue into her own hands by going above and beyond for me. Also the issue was no fault of my own today the ATM was out of currency.
