Charges an inactive account fee for a SAVINGS account. Their hours are so short it'll take us forever to get in there to close the account out. The only credit union I know who closes at 5pm sharp.

Meghan helped me setup and move my business accounts to DFCU. She was very patient and helpful in getting everything moved over. She has helped me in the past with personal accounts and auto loans. She is great to work with and would highly recommend!

Dearborn Federal Credit Union is, by far, a superior place for all your financial needs. All my experiences have been excellent, they will go above and beyond. I am a 4th generation customer and the entirety of my family have been nothing but happy with all thier services. I highly recommend DFCU!

I rarely write reviews but it bugged me someone gave a 1 star when they're mad at DFCU, not this specific branch The ladies at this branch are all so kind and well educated on how to assist for all types of banking!! I have 2 business accounts and one personal, and have been a member literally my entire life This branch is great , ignore the 1 star review

Very friendly employees. Overdraft fees are completely BS when all your accounts are 0 but I wont hold that against the place because they have always been amazing to me

Updated 8/27: Michelle (who runs this branch?) took over the case, figured out the issue, corrected it, and called me several times to keep me updated. That is both sincerely appreciated and 5 star customer service. Thank you Michelle!———This branch is great, and the staff are super helpful. Unfortunately their new account workflow is terrible, and my account was summarily closed for “lack of signatures” a couple of weeks after I opened it. Weird because I have copies of all the electronic documents, and they are all executed. Called in an was told to “complete a new application.” No way to assure me the same thing wouldn’t happen again. Where’s the money I transferred into the account over the past few weeks? Guess we’ll find out!
