I went there many times , they have this new manager, her name is Miss Bell, she has an attitude and the stores closed whenever she wants to close it. I've been calling up there to see if they have certain items ,nobody answers the phone. I come in look for items and I said get told it's over there somewhere. I don't like the store ,the staff's horrible. There was a young black man, I think his name was Delano, he's not working there and some nice high school kids are all gone. I miss the kind staff that smiled and welcomed you to the store, now they're all gone ,now you are lucky you to get acknowledged and treated with respect. I went there a day ago, and the store was closed and there were no signs on the door I was very upset.
I wonder what happened to Delano? that manager fired just about everybody in that store and that's not the same I wonder why she was firing everybody. .The staff they had, were great and friendly now it just a bad experience to even go there. What I was shopping there that young man was always kind of generous to me, he has how my day was and you always welcome to me. It's nice to have an employees that actually were nice to the customers now it's you're lucky to get treated nicely. It's not a friendly environment now I really don't like coming here and I rather go somewhere else but not having a vehicle I'm stuck by choice I wish management or somebody else could take a look at the staff they got now it's not the same the store was making progress and getting cleaned and I just see stuff and boxes on the floor nothing's getting done it's a shame.
You have lost a legacy customer, I have been shopping at this location for years ,now I DO NOT recommend it to anybody, I told my friends to goto Dollar tree on Washtenaw ,at least they have more selections.

Doors have been locked during business hours!! No one is picking up the phone or it’s ringing off the hook! Never seen nothing like it. I’ve heard of stores closing a few minutes early before closing but this store doors are locked with all the lights on at noon and 4pm. HOW ??! There’s no sign on the door explaining anything either so customers are walking up to the door and trying to open all day. ZERO STARS

Convenient shop with a good selection. Call ahead if going there after 6 PM as I have encountered locked doors many times.

Why is the store closed at 3 pm but the signs says they close at 8pm, this location needs new management cause this is ridiculous. First it was nasty now they cleaned it up and it’s closed whenever it wants to be🤯

It’s the middle of the day (2:30pm) and the doors are locked. The posted hours are 8am - 8pm; I’ve watched four customers LEAVE the store with their purchases yet it’s locked.

Twice this past week, I tried to go in, but the store was locked while the lights were on. One day, it was locked up before 5:00pm, and today, I tried going in right around 10:00am and it was, again, locked up. I tried calling, but every time I did, it always rang a few times, "answers" for about ten seconds, and disconnected. If it weren't for the fact that this is very close to where I live, I wouldn't ever return here
