You will find it closed at random times!!! They could at least put up a sign that says closed. At least 5 people showed up while I was in parking lot, walked all the way up to door to find it closed!!

Came here during the evening of November 4th 2024. The place was absolutely trashed. They had barely any Christmas stuff out. And one person working. This Dollar tree has been nasty for a couple of years now and the one down the road is just as nasty. Ann Arbor does not have one good Dollar tree. This company is an absolute joke and needs to do something about the Dollar trees in Ann Arbor.

Closed 3 times in the last month that I've tried to visit because they refuse to fix the AC and obviously people shouldn't be working in this heat. Corporate needs to invest basic stuff like working AC for their stores with that 25% price increase y'all made. Further it's a 45 minute bus ride there and back when y'all are closed but don't post it on maps.

Everything this store needs to be in stock on shelves I've seen lots of items except for a couple shelves that are empty. So don't get me wrong there is still nice staff that is kind though but they need to clean the lobby and aisle.
