We bought a Subaru Forester a year ago, and after my husband’s rollover accident last month (that he walked away from!), we just bought another one. Needless to say, we are Subaru fans for life now.
Tyler Doemland was wonderful for us both times and we would highly recommend!

Aaron and Joshua were super nice,
helpful and professional in the service department. The service was fast and efficient. They allowed me to keep a loaner car over night because my services took longer than expected. Overall, everyone seems to really care and I feel like I can trust their advice. They even reset the clock in the car without being asked. They often wash it too. My car is running really well. I’m grateful for this dealership.

Fast and knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything that was being done and why. This was my first oil change so it was complimentary and they were still gracious. They also recommended a cabin air filter- by texting me a picture of it…so convenient…

Very nice people however I had a thermo valve repaired and had to come back. The 1st time it was leaking and the 2nd time the tech didnt top off my coolant after purging the coolant system. And now all the sudden I got trouble codes I never had before and they wont return my calls they were suppose to call me this morning and I never heard anything back. Im pretty sure the code was caused by something they did because it didn't come on til after they worked on it the second time. Now im gonna have to go over their work with a fine tooth comb to find the problem myself because they didnt return my call. Edit theyre gonna call me after a meeting and I found the vacuum leak the tech left a vacuum hose off a solenoid of some kind and I had to hook it back up. If they make this right I'll edit my review to 4 stars

If I could give a lower rating I would. We purchased a used WRX from this dealership less than a year ago. Since that time we have had many issues. In their rush to try and sell the car, they missed several huge issues on the inspection- rusted brakes and rotators, issues with the axel as well as some yet undiscovered issue that is making the tires wear unevenly on AWD vehicle. They rushed the inspection so much the inspector left their vape in the car. When I contacted the manager at the time of purchase, for this concern, we never received any communication back. That should’ve raised red flags right there.
We drove the car for less than 4k miles. This is not what I expected from a “top rated” dealership nor from a “top rated” car company.

I’ve taken my WRX to Subaru of Ann Arbor for standard maintenance and have always been happy. Matthew is a great advisor and keeps me updated when my car will be ready and any other recommendations.
