I have only been to this location so I cannot speak for their other locations. That being said, we all have food allergies in my family so when I found out there was a bakery opening up with Gluten free, nut free, vegan options we were quite happy.
We’d stopped in here a couple of times but only ever got the Gluten free/Nut free/Vegan chocolate chip cookies and vanilla/chocolate cupcakes. Both options were good, nothing incredible but it was an option! The service was fairly okay and friendly, I had only ever been just after they had opened so I assumed that was why most of the times I was there it seemed very hectic and slightly out of sorts, at least with the staff. But for the most part everyone was friendly and polite.
One time I’d called ahead to place a pickup order and the lady who answered let me know they also had a gluten free, nut free, vegan oatmeal banana cookie, so I added it to the order. I also want to add that this was not a pre-made order, I simply was asking them to set some items aside so I could pick them up later.
When I went to pickup and pay for the order I had clarified (just to be safe) that the oats they used were certified gluten free (because of celiac) the lady, who I believe to be the owner, told me she didn’t think so but that I would be fine because they used GF flour. I asked if she could double check just in case because I didn’t want to get sick and have a reaction. She then showed me the package the oats came in, when I saw they were not certified gluten free I said I would not be buying it because they were not really gluten free. She then was upset that I wasn’t going to be buying them and was confused why I kept saying I couldn’t buy it because they weren’t gluten free and I would get sick, I politely explained that items that were not certified gluten free could still make me and others with gluten allergies/celiac very sick and she still seemed put off by the fact I wouldn’t buy it. I should also say the first time I stopped in I was going to get a coffee but wasn’t able to get one with oat milk because the oat milk they had was not gluten free. Which was fine because they hadn’t said that it was on their menu or anything of the sort. But the problem was they were promoting the oatmeal cookies as a gluten free product. I can’t imagine this was a purposeful decision to say that something that was not gf was but neverless people could have gotten sick from it. I haven’t been back since this happened so I don’t know if this was remedied or if they changed how they were advertising it as a gf cookie but I figured I would share.

I was very excited about going here! However... I ordered a sweet and spicy breakfast biscuit and was charged ($8 plus tax) for it. Shortly after charging me, the gentleman who took my order (who was very nice, I'll admit) let me know that they were out of bacon. I asked about substituting avocado. They were also out of avocado. I asked if I could be refunded for the breakfast sandwich and just buy the biscuit to eat. They said no, I wasn't allowed to buy just the biscuit because it hadn't been pre-ordered. They didn't know how to do the refund, so I was handed $8 in cash (less than I paid - see tax above) for nothing.

Amber & her staff were so awesome to work with! I came to them the same week as our planned party, and they got the job done 💕 We ordered cookies and a cake from her. We forgot to cut the cake for everyone because we were having too much fun but we ate it later and it was sooo good! But the star of the show were the COOKIES!!!! I love that they tasted homemade and not hard/tasteless like a lot of designed cookies are.

I ordered two key lime pies for a work lunch and I am not exaggerating when I say, I consider myself a key lime connesseuir and this was the best key lime pie I've ever had. Everyone at work who tried it ranted and raved about how good it was. People that don't like key lime pie thought it was fantastic.
I can only imagine what the rest of their baked goods taste like. Support local business and enjoy wonderful food at this bakery.

We have ordered 2 years in a row for our daughter’s birthday party. This cake was absolutely stunning. It was delicious. The customer service is amazing. Thank you again for a great experience. See you next time we need a cake or cupcakes!!!!

I came in for the first time and I was overwhelmed (in a good way) by the smell of the breakfast. I felt like I went back in time to my childhood when I would go to my local bakery with my parents for breakfast. Everything looks so good and the food was AMAZING!!

Enchanted Oven did a fabulous job on our 3-tiered wedding cake. We opted for chocolate cake with raspberry and chocolate fudge fillings, and a white cake with strawberry filling - delicious!! We have already been back to the shop to get cupcakes and other treats.

Ordering from out of state was convenient and easy. The communication and delivery were great, and the cake was flawless! Would definitely recommend!!

The best chocolate cake ever since I came to the US. Just like i like it: moist, chocolatee(not just sugar like normal), rich in flavor and fresh!
I had the opportunity to get them twice while I was living in MI. Sad part is that I knew about them too late🥲 really missing the flavor! I hope I can get some ship to SC for my birthday this year ❤️🥹
Ps: ignore the decoration 😂 my husband tried to do something fun for me. And ignore the missing spot, my dog tried to eat it

Such a perfect little spot for a sandwich and of course a treat! I had the best breakfast sandwich of my life here. I am gluten and dairy free and am used to getting boring tasteless food. She made me the most rockin custom gf sandwich with fresh fried eggs, sautéed caramelized onions, avocado and other toppings. Amazing! And the cutest bumble bee gf vegan cupcake that tasted great. Tasted like a regular cupcake, not cardboard :) Also, highly recommend the Cookie Monster and red velvet cupcakes, the fam loves those.

I walked into the Enchanted Oven with my daughter and granddaughter. The owner was so helpful and nice. We got cupcakes and a sugar cookie. Everything was delicious. My granddaughter loved the cake in the cupcake wants her birthday cake from here. Highly recommend!!! The vanilla latte cupcake was fantastic.
