The lady at the front desk at Enterprise was very professional and helpful. She greeted me warmly, explained everything clearly, and made the rental process smooth and easy. Her friendly attitude and great customer service made my experience excellent. Highly recommend!

I had an exceptional experience and service at Enterprise. From Madison helping me with the rental to Emily working with me when I returned the car, they provided the best service I’ve received in a very long time. Not only were they personable and genuine, but everyone surrounding them were kind, conversational, and seemed happy to be there. I’d hire all the people I came in contact with, and based on my amazing experience, will only be using Enterprise moving forward for any rental need.

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS LOCATION IS PLAYING WITH YOU!!!
I had a reservation and flew down here,
Only to be told that the car i reserved has a so called recall, so they'll have to downgrade.
Which quickly turned into we can't give you specifically a car at all.
With an excuse that I have a out of state license (which makes no sense at all)
Emily who claimed to be the locations manager kept saying that her manager (whose name she said she can't disclose or even let me talk to him) told them not to rent me a car.
THE BLAME GAME IS ALL YOU'LL GET.

The sales agents were OUTSTANDING! I picked up a car in Ann Arbor and dropped off in Traverse City. Bothe offices had the most wonderful people!

The staff at this rental place were awesome. There was trouble with our rental car, and the guy helping us..made sure we were all good before we left. Great customer service ty..I hope you make it back up to marquette!

Horrible service. Someone talked to me in the morning to be able to get me a reservation for a luxury car and then no follow up at the end of the day. I called back and the girl told me no one has touched my contract pretty much saying I did not call that location like I am lying. I am platinum customer and I will never rent again from enterprise.

My van broke down a mile from the nearest town. It was towed to the nearest garage. There is no rental agency in that town but the garage told me Enterprise would pick me up and take me to its nearest office. I called and about 20 minutes later, an Enterprise van appeared. The driver helped me unload my luggage and put it into the Enterprise van. When we reached his office, I realized Enterprise had ordered a Batmobile for me (I am quite elderly) and when I sat in it, I felt as though I was sitting below sea level. The agent understood when I said if I was turned loose in that vehicle I might kill someone...I wanted a small SUV. He quickly revised my rental, helped me get a discount with my auto insurance and had me on the road in less than an hour. I am so sorry I didn't get his name. However, from start to finish, Enterprise was fabulous...there was no way the person I spoke with when I called to rent a car could have known I couldn't drive a vehicle that a 16-year-old would have been drooling over!
