We had a high pressure coolant line blow on a machine running an important, time-sensitive job. Quick run to the store, custom replacement within 10 minutes while I waited, and the machine was back up and running, having been down less than a hour. Even with next day shipping, ordering the part would have had the machine down for an entire day (vs. 1 hour). Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient staff added to that level of convenience makes a great combination. And this is only the latest example of the great service we have received here for years. Great job.

Always very helpful and easy to deal with. If they don't have something they can usually make it happen the next day. Staff is very knowledgeable as well

If you need hydraulic fittings hoses or what have you they got it now. Knowledgeable people to know their stuff. I was in the store on my lunch break get a hose and fittings made on the spot. Did I mention custom hose my specifications and the way I wanted it. Truly impressed with that work.
