I avoided a very long time doing reviews but I had to do a review on this location because I’m feel beyond disrepected by the treatment I recieved at this location. I had an interview at this location today and the manager who only been in the position for 2 months was very nonchalant ! To be a previous employee that had a bad experience with the company and to want to come back after how I was treated the first time was absolutely disgusting ! If they treated me like this as a former employee imagine how they treat their customers. I wouldn’t recommend any one to shop or work at this location. Please go to the novi or troy locations. Very embrassing who does an interview in the middle of the store . It wasn’t even an interview. You insulted me and called me negative for my bad experience and the offer me advice for the future ….. please do your self the favor and just stay away from this location !!!!! How about being that I had a bad experience with being an employee make me feel comfortable enough on how to contribute to even work back for the location better yet the company ! No it’s not your responsibility concerning the past experience but if I’m showing interest in coming back how about turn the situation around for me so if there was any potential in come back I would have a better experience.

Somehow the in store order that I placed got lost in the system. After getting the runaround by the main customer line, LaCharro at the Briarwood Express patiently heard my complicated situation and managed to track down my order. LaCharro was kind, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you!!

I just want to say thank you to the employees working last night. My daughter and I arrived as they were closing. We were not aware they were closing and continued to shop. . The employees patiently waited while my daughter found a suit for her college graduation pictures. Thank you guys so much!! We really appreciate it!

Came to do an exchange, said they were open until 9. As I walked up I saw a young woman locking the door. I asked if they were closed. She stated they had inventory so they closing early. Very disappointed I just drove 30 mins, to now have to come back tomorrow.

Saw reviews and called the store to verify hours. Their automated phone message even says open until 8pm but they were closed when I got there at 7pm. I want to spend money there, why are you making it so complicated to figure out your hours.

I went there to many times to buy clothes but every time i went the store closed at 6:00 pm and in the website says that you are close at 8:00pm !

There fitting rooms are closed for no reason. The associate solution is to buy everything you want to try on, try on at a different store then come back to return. Absolutely impractical. You lost a sale with that move

I've come multiple times to make a return and they are closed every time. A couple weeks ago I suggested the new hours to Google (Sun 12-5 and M-Sat 12-6), someone at corporate must have declined them. I went back today because their hours on their company website were listed as open til 9, only to find that they are still closing at 6 every day. What a joke, I just want to make a return.

Was in the store tonight and I heard a gentleman ask to try on a shirt. We were the only costumers in the store it was 6:40pm. The guy working told him no. He said, they already cleaned them & were closing in 20 mins. 20 mins was obviously not long enough to try on a shirt. I saw a dress I liked but just walked out. All the workers were rude.

I had the experience as other reviewers. I attempted to visit the store on 11/14 around 4:30 PM and it was closed. I attempted to visit the store a second time on 11/20 around 3:30 PM and it was closed. Either time there was no sign on the door or anything indicating why it was closed. Further, I also experienced the same thing mentioned from a previous reviewer about fitting rooms being "closed", but then some shoppers are allowed to use them. I went in the fitting room given there was no signage that they were closed and other people were using them. I was then told they were closed, but the other people were allowed to stay. Call the store before you go to ensure it is actually open during their business hours and I have no idea if the fitting rooms are closed or open.

Have tried to come here several times over the last few months. They don't update their Google maps store hours which obviously results in a lot of people headed over the false expectation of them being open but they don't seem concerned and haven't fixed it for months. Today I got here before the 6pm time posted on their store front.... But they had closed early.
