If I could give service 10 stars I would!the manager Dylan and the gentleman at the front desk Hussein went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We got stuck in a blizzard and made a wrong turn and got stuck in their parking lot in front of the doors. We had a completely different hotel booked, but Hussein gave us a good deal on a room here and even made accommodations for our service dogs. Dylan went above and beyond helping me shovel snow, make a path to get our van out, and even helped me push our van into a parking spot. Wonderful staff, cozy rooms, and FIRST CLASS SERVICE! 10/10!Noteworthy details: The staff is wonderful, going out of their way to accommodate us in such a bad situation.

10/10 recommend.We got the full service treatment by Hussain and Dylan. Wonderful service. Very professional and helpful in the time of need. Hussain I swear is an angel. He went above and beyond for us. Helping us anyway he could in the terrible weather. Dylan was also very helpful getting us unstuck and out of the way. If you wanted to be treated like family the folks here know how to do it. Minus the maintenance man.Noteworthy details: The service here is amazing.

Xavier and lady(can’t remember name,been with company for many years) was extremely kind and personable.Room was quiet and clean.Location threw me off because kinda hidden but kinda cool like that!Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Day. We had an early appointment at U of M the following morning and decided to stay here for convince, not only was it a nice clean room, the staff was very friendly. As it was Christmas EVERYTHING was closed, they helped us find a McDonald’s that said it would be opened. As we drove to 2 different locations both being closed we went back to the hotel, where the very kind young man gave us some pizza rolls on the house.(best pizza rolls ever!!) we checked out early the next day. As this was a stressful day I forgot my body pillow( an expensive one) in the room. I call 2 days later not knowing they kept your stuff in case you called. At first they couldn’t find it but Xavier the nice young man took my number and said he would do some looking around. Lo and behold he called me back and they found it??. This is a very nice place to stay if you’re in need. Not expensive at all!! Great value for your money.

We are here for a sensitive procedure for my almost one year old daughter and while here the last thing we want to worry about is the logistics of where we are staying. We are currently still in the middle of our stay but have had a phenomenal time and loved the service already. The gentleman working the desk and the manager working tonight (as of 12/21/23) have both been super kind and the hotel is gorgeous on the inside. 10/10 would recommend.

Okay, the service of this hotel was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately I did not give it five stars because the website has not been updated in regards to the fact that they no longer have a hot tub. I literally booked this room because of the hot tub.Other than that, it was a nice clean quiet time. And we enjoyed the breakfast.

1. No cleaning was done during the three days of our stay. We reminded them 2-3 times, but it still wasn't cleaned until the last day.2. The fridge freezer had leftover garbage from the previous guests, which was disgusting, and it wasn't even powered on at that time.3. There weren't enough outlets to simultaneously use the microwave and the refrigerator.4. During the allowed breakfast hours, there wasn't enough breakfast available to consume.5. Poor sound insulation at night made it difficult to sleep.For my personal concern, I would never try Fairfield Ann Arbor again

so.... finding the correct entrance was awful! then the wifi went down. they assured us it would be fixed by the next morning.... nope! we were there for 3 days & no wifi.there weren't many accessible outlets. the charging ports were very slow.the bottom of the bathtub was severely cracked &peeling.the pool area wasn't kept up very well. the pool itself looked pretty good but the hot tub..... most of the jets didn't work. it was really dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in months, maybe years. so disappointing!absolutely think twice before booking here. we found out on day 2 that rates at the Marriott were actually much less. never again!

Thank you to Xavier at the front desk and Ulysses who staffed breakfast - both went the extra mile to ensure top notch customer service. Both were extremely friendly and eager to assist. I will stay here again on a future visit.

Great stay. Vera went above and beyond. I have a handicapped parent, and Vera really made our stay fantastic. And all of housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. And had a smile for everyone.Rooms: Handicap accessible.

Definitely in decline and showing lack of investment. Credit card readers broken. One elevator broken for months. Staff turnover. Last trip I had to find another hotel after going through two rooms - first one somebody had sprayed so much cleaner or air freshener that I had to leave my clothes in the sun for 2 hours to get rid of the smell after 15 minutes’ exposure, second room AC was broken. Look elsewhere is my recommendation.

And the food is so good and my room was so nice and my TV had YouTube and stuff like that and today the pool was closed and Xavier late me and mom in and pool was crazy it was so long and the food was so good and you get different food every time it is at 6 to 9 I think and the ladies at breakfast was so nice and the said good morning every time I love them all.♡♡♡♡♡
