Went in today kinda last minute for a pickup and a package drop off lady at the front was visibly irritated when she seen me come in the energy was off for sure was told she’d recommend me coming back tomorrow which is a huge inconvenience before I could even load my two boxes back in the car she was already speeding out the parking lot in her ride home you help your last customer and close up not ignore your last customers needs for the day because your ride is out front waiting super unprofessional

We have used the FedEx location a number of times recently and especially today was handled very professionally by Adrian the store manager even though the person we were shipping to was being difficult. Thanks to Adrian's calmness the experience was 5 🌟

What differentiates one store from the other?
Regardless, if it’s a Shipping and Packaging shop, Auto parts or even a Grocery store; to me, it’s the exceptional people that work there.
I return again and again to the FedEx Center on South State in Ann Arbor solely because the incredible employees and strong store leadership working there.
As I walk in, I’m always met with a sincere, warmhearted welcome, as if I was a long lost friend.
Every unique challenge I put before them, they accomplish it easily; I’ve never been disappointed. I struggled on a difficult task today and Kamber (Asst Store Manager) immediately rescued me. She gave me the confidence we’d complete my difficult project easily.
Kamber represents herself and the FedEx Team extremely well…..
If you have a printing or shipping need, I’d wholeheartedly recommend you stop at the FedEx Center on S. State Street, they are simply the very best!

Came in to send a return package and Endy was super helpful and friendly. I don't really expect much from dropping off at FedEx, but they made a genuinely positive experience and I walked out with a smile. Thanks Endy!

Could not be more thankful for our experience at FedEx. After a nightmare printing experience at a neighboring printing store, we went to FedEx the week of our wedding an hour before they closed in a panic. We needed programs, name cards, and thank you cards. Hollingsworth made it the easiest/quickest process and literally saved the day!!!!!! He was amazing. His customer service, professionalism, and kindness was beyond what we could have asked for. Thank you, Hollingsworth! The world needs more people like you.

I was there to pick up 10 of my large baggage that I had moved from New Mexico to Ann Arbor using Lugless. The staff was very helpful in releasing the baggage three at a time so that I could carry those in my car.
