Dropped off something for fragile shipping. Was pricy, but they did a very thorough job bubble wrapping and boxing it all for me and it got to its destination in one piece!

I had a boat motor shipped to the location. I was hoping all would be good but reading some of the reviews I was oh boy here we go. All went great very friendly and even let me use the cart to carry it across the street. Don't know if I hit the right day or just a bunch of Karen's posting.

FedEx as a service is absolutely terrible. Ordered a shipment week ago. Took over a day to move from one city to another 20 minutes away. The estimated delivery was constantly incorrect and I still have not received the package a week after the original projected delivery date. It was a time sensitive package and when I called to try to pay to expedite the shipment I was told nothing could be done and it’d arrive that day. Only to be let down and projected delivery changed. Absolutely terrible and unhelpful customer service.

This review is for the woman who helped make sure me and my kids were safe from a homless person who had been following my family for several blocks. We went inside the store and I explained to the lady what happen.. So she let us stay inside the store a while, even letting my kids play and look at stuff like greeting cards, etc. until the man was out of the premises. she then even offered to walk us to our car that was parked several blocks away! This was not part of her job yet she was kind and watching out for me and my family, you do not see this type of kindness every day. 🩷🩷🩷

We went inside the store and I explained to the lady what happen.. So she let us stay inside the store a while, even letting my kids look at stuff like greeting cards, etc. until the person was out of the premises. she then even offered to walk us to our car that was parked several blocks away! This was not part of her job yet she was kind and watching out for me and my family, you do not see this type of kindness every day.

Super easy and quick! My monitor stopped working and I had to ship it out for repairs, but FedEx made it super easy. The person working the front desk was friendly and efficient and scanned my QR code and printed a label right away.

I come here many times a month. Great place to hold your packages. Staff is very helpful and considerate. Hellene, Dori, and Erik are great people. They offer very quick turnaround on print jobs as well. Thanks guys!

I now drive to a different FedEx branch, instead of using this one despite living in walking distance to it, because, good god, the staff here could be downright aggressive. The guy with the beard is particularly antagonistic. I genuinely hope he'll find a job that he hates less.

Dropped off documents with a pre-printed label at this full service location. Clerks were expedient. The only drawback is finding parking in Downtown A2. Meters available.

I got spiral bound manuals made--the people I gave them to appreciated the quality. True story. Eric was a great person to work with. He made sure the copies were masked in such a way to make them professional looking and attractive and he got rid of the couple of dark lines that made the cover look substandard. Have gone back twice since then and not disappointed. Also, have had a same- or next day turnaround.
