The Coval trainers were always attune to my goals and tailored the session to help me achieve those goals. I was able to live out a dream and complete a backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail thanks to Coval.

The gains I have achieved through the help of everyone at COVAL Fitness, in both strength and mobility, have given me renewed hope as I recover from a major injury. The limited time allowed at physical therapy left me very concerned that I would never be active again. I'm now experiencing less daily pain, and back to enjoying an active lifestyle again. This is due to the high level of expertise at COVAL and their continued encouragement. Money well spent on my health and life.

I joined Coval Fitness late in '17 I was really looking to get expert guidance on my form and positioning on my core lifts that I was doing.....What I received was so much more. Coval fitness, coaches, motivates and holds you accountable to your goals and actions. I can not recommend Mike and his team enough. If you're looking to learn more about your health and nutrition and you need a little or a lot of guidance give Mike and his team a shot by doing the 1 month challenge.
