Tried to return broke headphones with my receipt only had them for 2 weeks. very rude worker Ashley said I could not return item. No reason given she was very aggressive and unprofessional i went to other five below on maple rd Ann arbor manger was apologizing and returned my item right away, Thank you

We bought something online and they didn’t put it aside for us and we got the email saying to come pick it up we drive 30 mins one way for this thing very disappointed and dissatisfied they need to hire new people who can get the job done

This stores prices are a lot like dollar stores. The quality is the same. The store was nice and neat. The cashier was very nice

Went in last night at 6:25 and was yelled at by the worker lady that they were closing in five minutes, even though the sign on the door distinctly said they were open until 9pm. There was no sign anywhere informing customers they’d be closing early, which would have been more courteous than getting yelled at upon entering. Very unprofessional.

This location isn't very welcoming. The manager is a rude snobby person. She always has an attitude. She was so mean looking i didn't bother asking her a question. I went to the five below in Canton and spent my money there. It's always a mess at this location as well. Do better please!

The new checkout system is annoying. The employee has to scan my items. I get it, but I'd rather bag and scan my own stuff.
It feels very uncomfortable..
