What a drop from five stars to one star. Yes, I cannot believe either. I have been using Flagstar over 14 years and I was very satisfied with them. Until my recently visits, the services were not good anymore. They charged us $25 monthly fee, and told my wife that our total accounts need to keep over $25,000 balance, otherwise we will be charged for $25 service fee. Excuse me, how come we didn't know about it over last 14 years? Why is this suddenly happening to our accounts? The new manager, Nina was rude and would not explain to my wife why. She only said that I can change your account policy but I cannot remove the $25 fee. The same problem happened to my another account at this branch. They changed the policy and charged me $3 per month for over six months until I found out. All good staff and good experiences were gone. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

Went in to get a medallion signature guarantee (similar to a notary), even though I am not a customer at this bank. They were very pleasant, took me right in and helped me out. Would definitely consider banking with them in the future.

I opened a business checking account at another Branch 2 days ago and somehow in the middle of all the paperwork I didn't end up getting my account number. So I stopped in at this branch to see if they could give it to me and the girl was less than friendly. She didn't greet me, she didn't smile and I certainly didn't get a thank you when I left. I know being a bank teller can be really boring job but that's no excuse for just plain rudeness. At least pretend like you're happy to see me. She acted like my being there was an imposition. I hope I didn't make a mistake by choosing this bank for my business.
