POWER OUTAGE: Maintenance guys knows about it and don’t help!
Power outage happened at 11pm and we spent an hour trying to get responses from the emergency number. He came and questioned us in the worst attitude ever and tell us the building will be charging emergency maintenance fee.
Shouldn’t that be included in the rent and maintenance already?!

Erik and Kevin two amazing employees went out of their way to help me whenever I needed it, whenever I had a question they answered it immediately, as well as when I was locked out of my room they came up to unlock it for me.

Having lived here two years, there are definitely pros and cons. Appreciated the location and the room size is larger than most other high rises in Ann Arbor. Maintenance team was excellent, fixed most issues in a timely manner.
Management needs an overhaul, have now called twice in regards to returning my security deposit and have yet to receive it. Michigan law states I should have received this within 30 days of moving out, which I did back in August.
