Frank is a helpful guy. When you take in your car for diagnostics, try to explain as much as you can to him to guide them on what to do.They are not magicians to find every fault but with guidance and patience, they'll get you just right.

Alex (Sales) and Carrie (Parts) were great.
Alex was very patient and listened to what was important to my Mom. He showed her a vehicle that had everything she needed and wanted. She also got a good deal and is very happy with the experience and her new Murano.

I bought a part here for my Nissan, which seemed high priced. Then I visited the other local Nissan dealer and asked for their price for the exact same part number: it was HALF the price charged by Fox Nissan parts department. Compare before you buy here, to avoid double the price or a 10% restocking fee.

I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I will say, the team here does sometimes take longer to get things done than I would like, but that's totally understandable when checking a vehicle to make sure it's well maintained and road-worthy. And I value their thoroughness. When things take longer, they have, so far, always provided me with an alternative vehicle so, even though the service takes longer, it doesn't actually affect my life. I appreciate this Fox Nissan Service team a lot!!

I cannot recommend this service facility enough. Frank has always been 100% honest and forthcoming with all information related to needed and recommended services needed.
I recently brought my car in for a once over knowing that whatever was found was what truly needed attention. No upselling or finding of additional services ever. They are trustworthy and always go above and beyond to find a solution that works for the customer.

Jaden & Frank are two great service reps at this place. This time, Jaden was incredibly quick and efficient in handling my vehicle’s service needs.
