super friendly staff, the space is wheelchair accessible (which is not always easy to find in ann arbor) and the shop is very clean and professional. maddie was great, and i was glad to see all their other piercers are also APP members. piercings will always be worth paying more for extra skill and care!

i had a great experience getting my septum pierced and picking out new jewelry for my conch yesterday at gamma. everyone was super friendly and matt was a really knowledgeable piercer who explained things to me in a way that helped me feel comfortable.
