Worst service ever. They are not a trust worthy towing company. I was towed from a hotel parking lot that I had a room at. They charged me a ridiculous amount of money and when I went to retrieve my car the next morning the charge went up. The owner was running a shady business and I hope Karma comes back around. The saddest part about this review is that I had to write it.

Citizens Insurance said they called you for a towing service. No one showed up for hours, and you said that you were never called. Snit, snot,

Probably the most inappropriate workers I've ever dealt. Tow driver made multiple inappropriate and belittling comments to my dad whose first language is not English. I called the place to make a complaint only for the worker to call my dad belligerent and yell at me and hang up. I have called them 10 times in the past hour because they refuse to take my call. I plan on calling and writing reviews daily til I get my complaint in. The driver's name is Jim.

Too expensive. They towed my car and charged me 400 Today for storing my car in their store for few hours. What enrages the most is that they only receive cash to get the car back. Who brings that much cash these days on the street? This store is extremely dishonest, scammy, and expensive. Never trust this company to fix your car at the honest price.

This place preys on friends and relatives of primarily college students living in a particular apartment complex. I drove over an hour there to help a cousin move and my vehicle was towed within 30 minutes of arrival. They took the vehicle 2 miles away and charged their seemingly notorious $325 cash-only fee. This was financially very unfair and put the move way behind schedule. Exhausting, stressful say made worse by these vultures.

I think this company is committing tax fraud and has been reported to the IRS. The IRS seems very interested that this cash only business has poor record keeping of their charges. It’s clear that this business is used as a front to launder money, and is engaging is tax theft by under reporting their income. Expect a huge audit this year, you guys deserve it ;)

What a racket! Car towed after they WATCHED me unload car to take into daughter’s apartment. Less than 10 minutes later…car was gone. We are both 70 years old and live 40 miles away from Ann Arbor with no way to get home at 9pm! Luckily someone at apartment complex took us over there to get back car. $360 later…was so rude. This should be illegal.

These folks have been around a long time and are respectful of autos and property. They are timely. For Ann Arbor, the prices are fair.

My car was towed. I understand that they are acting on an agreement with the Ann Arbor police. This review is not about the injustice of that or the exhorbitant charge for getting back the vehicle. Rather, it is about my experience dealing with them. When I was ready to pay and get the vehicle, the facility was not open. They are supposedly working 24 hours. I called their number and was told that it would take an hour for someone to get there as they are all busy towing. After an hour and a half I called them again and asked if could come over. They said yes. When I reached there no one was there. Called again and I was asked to wait 5 minutes. Someone arrived 15 minutes later and offered no apologies for the delay. Straight away asked for my license, registration and to have $400 ready in cash. I demanded to see my car first to which he agreed. I straight away noticed scratches on the front right. When towed it had all 4 wheels on dollies and the rims have sustained some damage. He was trying to pull photographs out at the time of towing and we did not notice any of those scratches or damages to the rims. Their photo quality was not optimal as it had some glare. I plan to contact my insurance and ask how to get Glen-Ann Towing to fix the damage to the vehicle.

literally gone for 5 minutes, charged me $200 to not have my car towed
