Graduate Ann Arbor is a hotel with an amazing and very walkable location close to campus, within walking distance of just about anywhere. The hotel is beautifully decorated with one of the most unique lobbies, though the decor is rather dark. The staff are very helpful, friendly, lovely, kind, accommodating, and provide top-notch service. The restaurant and bar staff are also great. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean, and beautiful, though some guests noted issues with room temperature control, dust, or small bathrooms. The hotel is very pet friendly. While the location and service are highly praised, some guests noted it can attract a louder crowd and suggested improvements in communication regarding events, after-hours service, and operational notifications. Many guests would recommend staying here and plan to return.
