Do not go to the salon. Manager was unwilling to fix a haircut. I got at another great clips. Said they have a policy that they only fix haircuts that are owned by the same owner. The other store is a half hour away that I went to on a whim. Had a chance to do the right thing and simply touch up my haircut, but would not.

Truly the worst haircut of my life. I came in for an event this coming weekend looking for a trim (1-2 inches) when my hair coming in was mid back. I also mentioned I must be able to wear my hair up since I pull it back and was wearing it back for the wedding. In addition, I asked for my layers to remain and for a face frame but a short trim overall. I let her know that my hair is very curly and when wet it worries me since I’ve had people cut shorter when wet.
I noticed a lot more than I asked being taken off and the response I received was that my hair was much thinner at the bottom. I ended up getting 5-6 inches cut off and have a bowl cut on top with bangs that sit near my mouth. I cannot pull back my hair or we’ve tuck my bangs behind my ears. I am completely heartbroken over this cut. Do not go to this salon

The quality at Great Clips varies so wildly that we gave up doing regular haircuts there, but still go for quick, easy trims. We went last night to get my daughter’s bangs trimmed (after a wait that was much much longer than the computer system estimated)and she was very clear that she just wanted the same style of curtain bangs just slightly shorter. She was also very clear that she did not want them cut short all the way across and confirmed the length with the stylist. The woman then proceeded to cut them short and unevenly all the way across. I now have a teenager who sobbed all night and into school. So this will be our last trip ever to Great Clips.
