Worst haircut ever, hair was completely uneven, asked for a fade in back and she just trimmed it and also felt very rushed. Had to go get my haircut somewhere else, will never be going back here again.

I went to get a hair couple days ago and haircut lady botched my hair so bad to where I have to get it recut. I asked for a fade and a light trim on top to keep the curls on top but instead I got an uneven Mohawk somehow. I have mental disabilities from my service in the military and told the hair cut people I have a hard time being in public and driving due to my ptsd with crying spells and anxiety attacks. I came back today to get it recut and asked for a refund. I was crying in the chair as I was getting my hair recut. The hair cut lady wasn't happy and took her passive aggressive angry on me. She didnt give me a full refund. I asked if the boss give me a call. She said no and you aren't allowed anymore like a petty child. I would like call from the owner please and thank you for unnecessary stress.The response from the owner is just an automatic copy/paste response. Still waiting for a phone call.

This place is hands down one of the best barber shops in Arbor. If you go, you are surely to get a great haircut at reasonable price. And if you can, try to request Jess as your stylist - she is a great person to talk with and offers great customer service.

I'm not one to post many reviews. However, I feel as though it is absolutely necessary to review this particular Great Clips (Ann Arbor). I've gone to many different barbers / stylists in Ann Arbor, but this location has consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty. Every employee at this location has exceptional talent and great customer service, I've never walked out of this location upset with my haircut or general service. Moreover, it takes a great manager to be able to control the chaotic nature of a college campus hair cut spot, but Jasmine exceeds in her role. Not only is Jasmine a 12/10 manager, providing this single location consecutive record sale weeks, she is also an incredible hair stylist herself. Her personality will make any customer feel instantly comfortable and her hair cutting skills will leave them feeling better than they walked in.Ann Arbor has many different locations to get your hair done, but if you want a reliable, cost conscious, and people first hair cut... I cannot recommend Great Clips enough!

Do not use the loudest one if you are not a guy, she will chat with them for ages and make you wait. Always rush through my haircuts and spend 30 minutes on a guy's short haircut. I guess a 4 dollar tip for 20 dollar haircut is not enough for her. She told me to use another stylist, so I did. Go to the one at Meijer's on Ann Arbor Saline Road and it is 19 dollars instead of 20. The haircut I got was the same or better. Here is an employee who drives your customers away.

I enjoy the ability to sign in and get on a list so I know when to be there and also the fact that all who have cut my hair have done well in part because they get a notice of how I want it before they start. Good job.Service: Haircut

Came for a haircut during lunch and was seated quickly. Had the pleasure of Ruth cutting my hair and not only did she do a very good job she was also very personable and efficient. She also complimented me on my hair while also asking me which type of shampoo I use(which she said was not greatest). She did try to sell me some product and shampoo and told me that certain products were on sale. Didn’t feel any pressure to purchase and I went on with my day happy with my visit to Great Clips

HORRIBLE! Cut so uneven and cut DRY. Had to go get it fixed somewhere else. They were also counting down the minutes till they got to go home to eachother in front of customers
