About Harmony Hollow Bell Works
Harmony Hollow is a family-owned business, founded in Arizona in 1969 by Jeff Cross, who passed away in 1977. Jeff's founding spirit lives on in Harmony Hollow's new home in Ann Arbor, Michigan, also the home of the University of Michigan. Just as Harmony Hollow bells and chimes have a distinctive sound, They also have a unique look - virtually all of our bronze bells have seashells cast into their sides. The seashell is a symbol of a vision that Jeff Cross had one day while walking along the beach. Jeff picked up a seashell and held it to his ear, and of course heard the roar of the surf, which Jeff came to think of like the sound of Nature's pulse. I received a Remembrance Bell over 11 years ago as a gift when my father died. It still looks great in my garden. Two days ago, I ordered three bells for gifts. They arrived today. They are beautiful and so well made. Amazing service and quality! I highly recommend Harmony Hollow Bells!

I was given a gift of one of their windchime/bells, so I looked in on the site to find out the story! Ultra-high quality and heirloom quality craftsmanship! Beautiful clear tone that carries on for a long time--meditative and restful to savor and appreciate! It's much nicer than having a lot of unremarkable tinkling!

Have owned Harmony Hollow bells for 50 + years in our three California and Hawaii homes. They are wonderful and remind me of Jeff Cross who was my friend and fraternity brother at Michigan!!
