Had a really great experience here! It was our wedding week with a lot of travel, the original size/make of my booked vehicle was going to be a little smaller than we hoped for. When I explained our situation and what I was looking for, they were very quick to offer an upgrade and help me out, no questions asked.
Both owners are kind, super funny, and were lovely to chat with. Ended up sticking around for a few minutes just to hang out.
Quick note for renters, they do have an after-hours key drop. I had to extend our rental (super easy to do online with Hertz); we got back earlier than expected but during closing hours, simply left the keys in an envelope and dropped them into the office.
I saw some reviews online about hours, availability, customer service, etc., so I felt compelled to leave a review myself (I don't do this often). With everything done online these days, office hours shouldn't be a hinderance. As far as the individuals who own/operate this branch, I couldn't ask for a better acquaintance. I hope & plan to rent from them again. Thank you both!

I select the wrong date when I rented the car. Totally my fault. They were extremely nice and accommodating fixing my situation. They were fantastic.

The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental. When I arrived, no one was there—I had to call a number just to get someone to show up. When they finally arrived, they didn’t have the car I reserved and seemed annoyed when I asked about alternatives. They gave me a more basic vehicle that was filthy and reeked of sweat, cigarettes, and weed.
I returned shortly after to return the car because of those issues, but the front desk staff had gone out for “an energy drink” and didn’t come back—even after an hour. I ended up having to call around and return the car at a different location on Washtenaw Avenue, where the staff was actually helpful. This location deserves zero stars.

I cannot attest to the honesty and integrity of this family owned car rental location!! A husband and wife team working together to provide excellent customer service. The convenient location in the Ann Arbor Sheraton Hotel allows for a business atmosphere that’s not duper frustrating. It was the easiest car rental transaction I’ve ever had!! I also left items in the car arm rest compartment area and they held off cleaning it until I could come pick them up later the next day! I can’t say enough about this car rental location. I will use them as often as I can.

I gave a 3 star ONLY because when we picked up the vehicle, the lady at the front desk was so incredibly nice. The vehicle was clean on the outside and pretty clean on the inside. We picked up the rental from Hertz in the Sheriton Hotel. It was very difficult to find, no signage from the main entrance on how to find it, just a little plaque when you get into the hotel and looked around. The equinox drove fine half way to Alabama, then when we reached 2000 rpm's the vehicle would shake and vibrate and make a loud noise that was a little unsettling. The change oil light also came on. The shaking and vibrating lasted all the way until we came back home a week later. We picked up the rental on a Saturday and dropped it off a week later on a Sunday. When we dropped it off, the lady behind the counter was very noncompliant when I tried to let her know what was going on with this rental and didn't seem to be empathetic whatsoever. She didn't apologize at all about the loud noise at 2000rpms and she said that the vehicle was due for an oil change at 10k miles, there was only a little more than 9k miles on the rental. She didn't look up once to even look at me, just handed me my receipt. I know some folks are busy or have a bad day but that is not the customer's fault. Good customer service should be priority in that type of field.

Can't say enough about Mo and Milli and the service they give and the great way they run things. Very happy with our experience. I've rented other places which I now will never do again.
