Room is ok. They advertise for Google chromecast on the TVs in the room but it doesn’t work. An employee even came to the room to try but it still didn’t work. Also there’s a restaurant with no cook. Front desk staff offered me a salad with cold chicken for the same price as the salad on the menu that supposedly comes with hot chicken which I was told the chicken goes in an oven. I received my salad and salad has brown lettuce throughout.

Love this place, very comfortable beds and couches, the shower is large and inviting and the free soap and hair care products are the best, the free breakfast is beyond expectations even in the middle of the week.Rooms: Large, comfortable beds and couches. Second time we've stayed here. Rooms are very nice and clean. Showers are very nice. Breakfast is very good with cooked items. Maid service is by request upon check in.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice gym and pool. Downstairs lobby area has nice sitting area and bar. Friendly front lobby staff.

The best hotel in Ann arbor. They have full Breakfast and lunch. The rooms are clean for the most part, and I really enjoy the lobby area where you can sit to eat breakfast or lunch or meet a colleague there. It's also close to the highway and across from the mall. the mall is very quiet so im not sure if people shop there still, but next time i will check it out.

Now I remember why myself, my employees, and my family gave up on hyatt. Reserved two rooms and the morning of departure both couples got extremely ill. Called a beyond rude person who would not work any options just basically said tough luck. Hundreds of stays at hilton and marriott properties and they always worked with us. Not hyatt. Better to stick customers and lose the inconvenience of countless future bookings. Making it a point to advise all of my clients, employees, and family to stay with Hilton and Marriott and avoid this joke chain

I stayed at the Hyatt in Ann Arbor in July, and the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Mimi and her colleagues went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Their friendly and efficient service stood out, contributing greatly to the overall positive impression of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the attention to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Hyatt, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Mimi and her team.

Hotel is situated on a beautiful golf course. Really nice lobby with restaurant and bar. Just some side notes: rooms didn't have safes, and there isn't a pool here.

Very nice hotel. Smooth check in, staff are very nice. Rooms cleaned well and bathrooms updated and clean. Special shout-out to Alexz at the front desk who is extremely kind and caring. The vibe at the hotel is friendly and chill, everyone says hello and smiles. Please keep treating your staff right, they made our experience very pleasant!! Also, our 5 kiddos loved your pool
