I can't say enough good things about Ideal. I just got my 6th and 7th piercings from them today. Jessica and Josh are incredibly professional and welcoming. I was very nervous about these ones, but Josh helped so much to settle my nerves and keep me calm and ready for it. I would absolutely return again and again.

I’m leaving this review based on a phone interaction with this business.
I called to present a legitimate opportunity involving a machine that would generate additional income for the business. The call itself was already unprofessional, but what was most concerning is that after the call ended, the person took the time to call me back solely to curse at me and insult my parents using explicit and aggressive language.
This goes far beyond simply declining an offer. Calling someone back just to be abusive is deeply inappropriate and raises serious concerns about professionalism, temperament, and how conflicts are handled.
This was done on a business phone line, and the conversation was recorded, which makes the behavior even more concerning. If I were to call this business and speak about their parents in the same way, it would obviously be considered completely inappropriate and the same standard should apply here.
If this is how someone is treated over a routine business inquiry, it’s fair to question how customers are treated when issues arise in person.

The realness and integrity alone sells this place. You want to feel safe and get a clean pierce? This is a no brainer and really bare minimum right? For me this was a hang out with people who made us feel at ease, not on a plan but because that's just like, what they do. I got my ears today around 3 and if there were cocktails involved I'd likely still be there at 1 this am as I write this. They are cool, professional people who know what they are doing from the stabby part to the pretty jewelry part. 10/10 will be back. (just to hang even).

I just got my nose pierced here today, and the experience was amazing! The staff was super kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They explained every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I left feeling confident about the aftercare. My piercing looks great, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting a piercing!

Josh and Jessica are the best! They took me in when Josh had a cancellation. Jessica was kind and knowledgeable and talked me through all my options. And Josh! What do I say about Josh? Where do I start? He’s fabulous. Big, bold, and witty. An absolute delight of a person! As my mother would say “ I would have lunch with him.” And that is high praise, indeed. I can’t wait to go back. I’ll bring the chips.

I went back to Ideal for the second time and Jessica and Josh were so warm and welcoming. They truly make everyone that comes in feel comfortable and cared for, super disarming for an experience that can cause anxiety at times. Love Ideal!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so due to the great experience I had at Ideal. The studio exhibits passion, creativity, and professionalism. The manager and piercer were welcoming, friendly, and just a lot of fun. I’m so satisfied with my piercing and my experience overall. Would definitely come back here

The owners of course going to disagree with me and the first thing he’ll say is I was rude. Everyone please know “I’m rude, I’m a rude customer.”
Yes, we showed up to the appointment on time and she asked for proper paperwork which we did not have and yes, we were not able to make our appointment”
So yes, I suppose that is technically a no-show even though we were there
I’m clearly upset and I said you can’t keep the humanity? You have to charge us for a no-show?
The owner was extremely offended by me saying keeping the humanity for charging us for no-show and he said go ahead and charge the full price for a no-show. He said I was gonna give you the lower price for a no-show but because you were so rude I’m going to charge you the full price

This is a response to the owners response. It’s a very traumatic response do I still seem so rude when he puts words into my mouth when all I said is you can’t keep the humanity. I wasn’t laughing when I left and I’m not laughing now in fact, I’m sad about how he approaches people. No customers allowed to be offended. Only he is. This is going nowhere fast. I am clearly wasting my time because I still don’t see any of the kindness or humanity that I’m looking for all I see is rage.

I literally never write reviews but as somebody who’s been getting tattooed and pierced for over a decade Joshua and Jessica and this shop were hands down the best I’ve had the pleasure to visit. Incredibly clean, kind, knowledgeable, and talented piercers/artists. Will be going here from now on.
